Avis : Sala Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort

La chambre a sacrifié une partie de l'espace pour la piscine, mais la piscine extérieure et le coin salon sont vraiment bien. L'environnement général de l'hôtel est très bien. Il y a des services personnalisés tels que des oreillers et des savons lotions. Il y a peu de monde sur la plage à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, super !

L'hôtel est un peu vieux

J'ai toujours aimé cet hôtel et j'ai amené mes amis ici pour une visite cette fois-ci ! Ce fut un séjour très heureux ! Mais quelque chose de très désagréable s'est produit la dernière nuit ! Lorsque nous avons commandé des plats à emporter, l'employé de la réception me l'a apporté. J'ai donné les euros sous forme de baht thaïlandais à la réception (je ne distingue pas le baht thaïlandais, donc je n'y ai pas fait attention à ce moment-là, mais l'hôtel de la réception Le personnel n'aurait pas pu remarquer que j'avais donné le mauvais argent). Je l'ai découvert le lendemain. Je suis allé le voir et je voulais récupérer l'argent et lui donner un autre baht thaïlandais, mais il a dit que ce qu'il avait reçu était deux bahts thaïlandais. valait 200 euros, soit un total de 400 euros, et il n'y avait pas 200 billets ! A cette époque, on m'avait donné deux 200 euros chacun pour 100 bahts, et la consommation totale à emporter était de 460 bahts ! Mais quand j'ai rencontré le directeur de l'hôtel, il m'a dit que je m'avais donné 1 000 bahts et il m'a donné de l'argent supplémentaire ! Je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'il mente autant ! Je suis vraiment en colère😠 ! Comme nous n’avons que 1 000 bahts dans notre portefeuille, nous prévoyons de prendre un taxi pour sortir de l’hôtel ! Alors nous avons appelé la police ! Laissez le gestionnaire ajuster la surveillance ! Il a commencé à paniquer et a demandé : « Avons-nous regardé attentivement si c'était quelque part dans la pièce ? Puis il nous a ramenés dans la chambre et a finalement sorti les 400 euros du coffre-fort pour nous ! Mais le plus drôle, c'est que nous n'avons jamais utilisé le coffre-fort ! Je resterai chez lui à chaque fois que je viendrai à Phuket ! Je le recommanderai également à mes amis ! mais maintenant! Je n'y retournerai pas ! J'espère que les amis qui choisissent d'y aller feront attention à cette personne ! (Son nom est J. Il est grand, potelé et porte des lunettes. Il semble être le seul réceptionniste masculin de cet hôtel, mais il est facile de le distinguer comme un ***)

Très très déconseillé, ce prix peut vivre mieux dans d'autres.

Excellent service, great location, very valuable spa, enjoy the breakfast every morning, very friendly staff and always give suitable advice, would like to go back again in the future.

The hotel is quite busy, and the service doesn’t seem to match the high price. The restaurant staff appear to be operating in the same way, with little oversight. I’ve never seen the GM walking the property, and most employees just do their tasks without much supervision, often leaving customers waiting for long periods. The food takes a long time to arrive at the table. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly. The main pool is crowded, so I opted for the private pool behind my room, though the water was a bit chilly. Personally, I like the location, even though it’s far from the city.

From the moment you arrive at the reception, you can't help but feel a tranquility that soothes your soul. the openness of the lobby, and the warm welcome given by the staff makes you wonder why every hotel doesn't feel this way. can't overstate how hospitable the staff are, and since our purpose here was to indulge and relax, i can safely say that this was overly accomplished. would highly recommend anyone seeking to chill and unwind and just embrace life, to come to Sala Mai Khao Resort.

Nice and cosy place. Friendly staff. Remoted and very quiet place to stay if you look for such place. Good service. Swimming and sunbathing area is very comfortable, maintained very well. But we found out that the room with terrace is not quiet comfortable for us as shower, bath, sink and toilet are on terrace. The furniture in the room is not new, quite worn out, AC is very loud and powerful. Beach is just in front of the hotel but it is public and not clean. We were not lucky as sea was storming and swimming was not allowed. Breakfast is very variable, food is fine but price is too high for such quality. Staff is well trained and very welcome. They arrange different activities for guests.

Good service. Nice food just a little expensive. Location are very far from town, near to airport. Not much choice for food here. Got few mini mart and 7-eleven nearby. Room are nice and with a big private pool and a bathtub. A very good place for relaxing.

Service is nice! The design and facilities are a bit dated. Some lights are not working which makes the room look very dark. Had to turn on the TV as light source. The food of the restaurant is yummy! The private pool is big and deep (1.5m).

Good service and breakfast. Bathroom is a bit weird outside the warrantor. Waves are strong to swim and the warning flag at the hotel is always red when we visited in Mar.

it was really a calming and nice villa big and clean, the theme was outstanding too, would definitely go back, the serenity and the peacefulness, was really relaxing and its nearby beach too
