Le prix réservé avec le voyage est trop élevé. Si vous réservez avec un hôtel Ce sera un prix beaucoup moins cher que celui-ci et ce prix est le prix qui doit inclure le petit-déjeuner. Certes, selon les conditions de réservation, il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner. Mais si vous réservez directement, ce prix doit inclure le petit-déjeuner.

Situé à l'intérieur du Laguna Resort, il ressemble plus à un appart'hôtel que les autres hôtels du même complexe. Le prix est relativement moins cher et il y a des ustensiles de cuisine dans la chambre pour un séjour permanent. , et vous pouvez prendre la voiture de l'hôtel. Cependant, l'hôtel n'a quasiment aucun service, surtout l'attitude de la réception est très moyenne.

A very comfortable and value for money stay, about 30mins from airport. Suitable for families. They hv paid bus to central mall and patong area, 100baht per pax. There is also complimentary shuttle bus within the lagoon. Right at entrance of lagoon, there are massage shops and eateries.

Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation, so the swimming pool was closed. They did however allow us to use the pool at the nearby hotel, which was on the beach and very nice, with a free shuttle bus. Staff were lovely and tried their best to accommodate us. There was a lot of construction work all over the Laguna site, so Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm you could hear drilling and hammering from all over.  The shuttle bus also takes you to the nearby boat avenue with shops, bars and restaurants and a really Good Friday night market. Shuttle finishes at 9pm though.  Overall it has the potential to be a beautiful holiday, but I’d wait until construction is finished.

This hotel is located in good location at laguna phuket. The room is clean and the staff is good service mind.

Definitely will come back again. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Go extra mile to make us comfortable with our stay. We booked the junior premium suite. The room size is big. Room is clean and acceptable with the amenities. Hotel is easily accessible with free shuttle bus that bring us around the laguna compound . Highly recommended !

Pretty old hotel though the lower room rate justifies what we get. Friendly services overall. Breakfast choice is not great and so is the a la La menu. You will need to go to canal village or drive outside of Laguna for more choices. Very quiet which is a big plus

Very nice hotel, well situated for the Phuket Marathon. Large room with a place to cook if you want to, a good pool to relax in and a very good breakfast included.

房間大 服務好 每年夏天來避暑吹海風 挨着高爾夫球場 心曠神怡 度假村裡很多酒店和餐廳 隨叫隨到的穿梭巴士和船特別方便。

房間一室一廳，這個價格住60平的酒店真的非常不錯，房間陽台邊看出去就是綠油油的草坪，很養眼，自帶廚房廚具，很貼心，前台和餐廳及門口安保都非常nice，住了一個月，感受到了家一樣的温暖
