L’équipe est juste géniale! Les membres sont gentils, attentionnés et très accueillants. Hyper souriante, attentive, aux petits soins. C’est un hôtel très familial avec une super piscine ! Les repas sont bons et diversifiés pour chaque membre de la famille, des nuggets pour les enfants et plein de légumes pour les adultes.

Had a fantastic three weeks there last year.. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms spotless and food fantastic. Very peaceful, close to shops and beach, beautiful gardens and all-round perfect place to stay. Going back in May for another three weeks, it was that good.

A lovely friendly hotel. We only had B&B and the breakfast was ideal with plenty of choice. It’s an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are fairly basic, but comfortable and all you need. There is also a lovely pool.

Stayed for 4 nights on a golf trip with 3 friends September 2023, also stayed here with friend September 2022. Let's talk value for money - 10/10 Staff - 10/10 Accommodation - basic but very, very clean, no TV but wireless worked fine in the room I had, 9/10 Food - we were B&B only but the choice was outstanding, loved the porridge. 9/10 (Buffet style trays needed replenishing a bit quicker, but very rarely) Bar - good choice but no Guinness, (not a lager drinker), so 9/10 Add a pool, pool table, free entertainment, pleasant & manicured gardens with s shop on-site this is a 3 star hotel than punched well above its weight. I have no hesitation of returning or recommending to other.

This is a great little holiday village with equally great and helpful staff, delicious and varied food and plenty of it and lovely accommodation. Good swimming pool and nice outside bar area. The staff can't do enough for everyone and the owners are usually around or on hand to help if you do have any issues. Varied and enjoyable entertainment on 3-4 days of the week, and a short walk to the beach and other amenities. Have stayed here twice and will certainly keep coming back!!

This village is run down. The rooms are not what anyone could class as a three star establishment the sunbeds are at best in basic and are not clean. The quality of the furnishings are worn out all in all not a good experience. It would appear that if you make the choice of full board you are looked after. The breakfast is very poor quality no fresh fruit prepared just tinned fruit it appears that it perhaps caters for other nationalities better. In the room there was blood on the wall the fridge was rusty the shower head, I don't think it has ever been replaced the cooker was filthy and the utensil drawer smelt of mould. The manager was abrupt and dismissive. I really could go on however the jist of it is here

Grim, there is no welcome or smiles or any form of hospitality at all. The first thing you notice is how worn and tired it all is. Then the flies wow ! Having worked in a variety of hot countries i understand flies but trying breakfast on day one was impossible with the hundreds of them( the food was really terrible). The self catering facilities were a challenge to say the least. In summary never again

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Hylatio and we cannot wait to return. I have just read the reviews about the students staying there - these have absolutely baffled me, as there were students staying for about a week of our stay and they were delightful! Respectful and certainly not noisy or like 'plagues of locusts'!! For info, our room overlooked the bar & pool and we were not kept awake late or woken early. The hotel is lovely and the staff are fantastic. Our room was cleaned almost daily and the bedding/towels changed at least 3 times during our 10 days. We had a one bedroom, 2-storey apartment and it was clean & well equipped. We were on B&B and the breakfast selection was just brilliant. The pool area is lovely, the gardens are beautifully kept and the bar/reception areas are great too. Pissouri Bay is a beautiful place, as is the village a little higher up. Thanks to all the team at Hylatio for a fabulous stay :-)
