On initial view of the website and sales information the hotel looks modern and clean. It certainly is modern’ish but not pristine. If you’re looking for lots of lively screaming, shouting and partying in Irish bars full of Irish people then you’ll love the location. The accommodation set the air on temp, this week it’s set at 25 degrees, so you have to open windows. So if your up until 3-4am partying, you’ll be fine. Otherwise, I’d suggest you find somewhere with room independent air conditioning and a quieter area. The beds are very soft, so if that’s your thing and you’re happy to sleep in a centre, you’ll be fine. If you do come, try and get a room with a balcony area, they are much better.

Really couldnt fault it - ideally placed - modern - clean - Friendly efficient staff - will definately go back and would recommend it - apart from small pool no other concerns - 2 mins from Beach - x

Great location right by the beach, restaurants and clubs, great pool (recommend upgrading to a pool room) and amazing staff. Alfredo the nights receptionist is a credit to your team, he was extremely helpful, polite and nothing was ever too much. A big thank you to him for being welcoming and going above and beyond. I hope he gets recognition for his hard work.

AVOID THIS HOTEL !! •Customer service is awful , will be left alone to deal with any issues •No clean towels or bed sheets for every 3 days •Have to wait for deposit back until they check the rooms so give yourself plenty of time incase you are late for a flight as they will withhold your deposit without any care •Pictures in the adverts do not show what hotel is really like , the pool is tiny and there are only 6/7 lounge chairs at the pool. •If you have any issues within your stay the hotel do not care and won't help you , you will be left alone to deal with your problems •Luggage is not kept secure in reception , anyone goes as the please through reception. •If the hotel requests you , they will cancel your key card for your room , to get you to come to the reception without any notice & have zero customer service skills. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF POSSIBLE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE DURING YOUR STAY !!!

Very nice stay, spacious with a small balcony for 2 chairs. It was a closed balcony so no view unfortunately. Close to beach and bars. Supermarket next door for all provisions , as this is room only. Room was immaculate . Would stay there again

Me and my friend just come back from staying here, the hotel was great it was very clean + siam park is walking distance away and area was great for the nightlife! Playa de las americas is the ‘party’ side of tenerife so would not recommend this area in general for families but for couples or lads/ girls holidays this area is amazing.

Was bei der Buchung nicht angegeben war,das man beim Einschecken 100 Euro Kaution hinterlegen mußte,ist uns noch in keinem Hotel (Apartment passiert), es gab alle 3 Tage frische Handtücher,Bettwäsche wurd alle 5 Tage getauscht, dabei ging die Servicekraft mit einem feuchten Mopp durch alle Räume was in keinster weise gereicht hat,die Böden waren grundverschmutzt.Wir kennen bisher nur,das alle Tage die Betten gemacht werden und dabei auch geputzt wird.War der Mülleimer voll mußte er von uns entsorgt werden. das beste war,der Schlafraum war ziemlich eng,ich mußte mich seitlich bewegen um ins Bett zu kommen.Gegenüber vom Bett hing der Fernseher,man konnte nur vom Bett aus schauen.Übrigens, wir waren 14Nächte dort.

After seeing so many negative reviews about this hotel, we were really nervous for our holiday. However we were pleasantly surprised and had a really good time here. We arrived quite late after delays in the airport but the reception desk has someone there 24HRS which made it really easy to check in. We were aware before booking that it was €100 per person deposit for the room, we expected to be paying €400 as there was 4 of us but it is capped at €200. We also hired a safe for the week which was €4 per day. The room was as shown on the pictures simple but did everything you need it to do, we didn’t use the cooking facilities as we ate out all the time but they provided everything you needed if you decided this was the option you want. As there was 4 of us there was the main bedroom which slept 2 and a sofa bed which also slept to, the sofa bed was comfy but you could feel the effects on your back towards the end of the holiday, the main bed however was like sleeping in a bed at home soft and comfy. We stayed on the 1st floor so our balcony was an open space, but didn’t feel intrusive when other people were on their balcony. We didn’t mind this because we has 2 sun loungers outside the double doors and there were more stacked around the back of the building we could help ourselves too. I can see why other people may be concerned on the other levels as the balcony’s looked a little small but I can’t comment on them as we didn’t see them properly. The pool is small but refreshing, we went in low season so it wasn’t busy but you aren’t far from the beach which is where we spent most our time. The communal areas were kept clean. We did notice a couple of places where people had either been sick or spilt something but it was cleaned very quickly after mentioning it to the reception. This hotel is in a really good location and there is lots of little bars around this can be impact the sound you can hear in your room but it isn’t too loud you can use ear plugs if it’s something you aren’t keen on. Overall we were really happy with our stay and the accommodation it’s not 5* but it’s a good base and we would go there again if the opportunity presents.
