It is a small hotel. Burger King, Costa Coffee, WH Smith and Gregg are the lobby of the hotel. Very convenient to get food. The staffs were very friendly. Free parking available.

Stayed for a few nights. Really helpful staff. Carey and Caroline were really lovely on reception. Housekeeping staff were lovely and friendly. The family room were comfortable and clean. Looking forward to my next stay. Thank you all for being so helpful and friendly

Amanda and Caroline was absolutely fantastic can not fault in the slightest check in was a breeze and the whole hotel was spotless. Just of the motorway so easy to get to and easy to get away from Room was great comfy bed and nice big tv to go along with it so can not fault in the slightest

I stay at Travelodge quite often and I have to say the ladies that work here never fail to make me smile. Amazing service every single time without fail. The woman who greeted me this stay was Amanda but I haven't manage to catch the other ladies name. Will 100% be coming back!

Typical Travelodge. Clean comfortable room. On same site as Moto services and entrance is inside the services building. Room entry was by a physical key rather than key card. Limited range of food and drinks available 24/7 from the Costa Coffee shop on site. Easy to get to from J47 of M4..just a couple of mins in the car.

This hotel deserves far more than the 2 star rating. We have many short breaks in competitor hotels so know what we compares it to. From start to finish we could not fault it. Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, the option for a snack 24/7 and so easy to find and to get anywhere in the local area from. The location was brilliant and no driving through the suburbs to get there. Even the outlook was full of greenery AND we were on the car park side, the rear of the hotel just looks at forest. Great beds and pillows. Even got an excellent deal on our stay.

The hotel was ideally sited on the M4 with easy access and free parking On arrival I was warmly welcomed and shown to my room. The room was perfect, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The amenities close by provided all I might have needed. I would definitely stay again.

Great customer service from Amanda and team members that I have met here a few times whilst coming here with work. Rooms are basic with updates/repairs needed in the bathroom, but the beds are very comfortable and clean importantly. Have stayed in a few rooms here. Downstairs rooms tend to have little or no phone signal.

Great welcome from Amanda. Room clean if a bit dated. No plug sockets by the bed, which I find so annoying in 2025. Also WiFi is only free for 30 mins. TV could also be better located for viewing from the bed. Bathroom seems OK but not tried shower yet. Bed seems comfortable enough.

Stayed for one night for an appointment at Morriston Hospital. Very convenient location as it is just a short distance along the motorway from the hospital. The hotel was basic but perfectly clean and well appointed. It is situated at the motorway services and our room faced directly onto the car park. We could have done with a net curtain for privacy as there were people passing by all the time. There is no proper restaurant there but John( who was very helpful, friendly and cheerful) at reception directed us to a nearby pub (5mins away) where we had a nice meal.

worst experience, no words to explain, no power, no ways to take shower or use the toilet, worst nightmare

Friendly staff. Bedroom clean and comfortable. Easy access to food and drink outlets. Good proximity to the M4.
