second time there, a good hotel with a good location close to the beach and shopping mall.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They shared information about the city and hotel services. The room was clean. Fresh clean bedding. Perfect hotel if you are traveling for business or leisure

Amazing security staff in parking lot! Very helpful & felt my stuff was safe with them. Very helpful desk staff & they let me store my luggage for couple hrs after I checked out, which was a HUGE help & a plus for me!!

Hotel bien situé en bord de mer avec terrasse. Centre commercial à proximité. Chambre vue mer, propre et suffisamment grande, litterie confortable. Un bureau. Une salle de bain correctement équipée. Restaurant correct. Très bon petit petit-déjeuner dans la salle panoramique.

We loved every minute of our 4-night stay at the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant and afforded us a wide variety to choose from. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly and tended to all our needs! Our stay coincided with that of learners and teachers from various schools, which led to the noise levels in the evenings and late at night. The hotel needs to do better in addressing noise levels in the future and ensuring that the tranquility of the hotel is not compromised at night. There needs to be stricter controls with regard to their non-smoking policy inside the hotel rooms. We lost count of the number of times we had to complain as well as contend with secondary cigarette smoking, which is quite dangerous for non-smokers!

On my arrival I did not expect much from the Town Lodge ,however, I was pleasantly surprised. I was booked into this hotel on short notice due to a last minute business trip. My impression of Town lodges are not great due to their star rating online,however, my very first experience at the PE town lodge was quite surprising. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they have a porter service to help with your bags!!! In the mornings that hostess knew that I had to rush to the office and personally saw to my eggs order every morning, she would voluntarily assist me with getting the breakfast items that I needed so that I could get to the office as soon as possible - what a great help it was! Overall I had no issues with the service or the amenities. The shower was pretty impressive with its high water pressure and the room offered me everything I needed. Maybe my experience was that much more pleasant because people who live in PE are ever so friendly, maybe it was the close proximity to the sea which influenced my stay positively. We will never know, but what I do know is that you don't need to stay at a 5 star hotel in PE to obtain pleasant service. Well done!

I wish your rooms can have a bar fridge they are good. Accommodation is great, with the sea view. Location is great for tourism although the rooms are a bit small, but they are very nice, and the entire hotel is clean and neat. I wish I can visit the hotel with my family

What a lovely weekend the staff were friendly and always ready to assist, the rooms clean and everything you need set up for you already, the breakfast was delicious and a wide variety of dinner items made our stay absolutely wonderful, definitely recommend.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and my stay was marvellous. Easy to locate and very secure, staff was friendly as well

First of all, when you walk into this hotel, it's absolutely breathtaking. Service - You are greeted with a friendly and professional receptionist. I am happy with the service that we received... BUT the after hour receptionist is completely rude and never at the desk. I'm hoping that management will make a replacement. I've had my fair share of visiting hotels and there should always be someone at the front desk. This person should have a good and professional attitude. Instead the man who I called to the front desk was clearly tired and irritable. Rooms - Elevator, television, wifi, a large bathroom, excellent water pressure, soap etc is provided, extremely clean, comfortable bed, large vanity and a massive air conditioner. The rooms are smaller than what we are used to but it's cozy. Load shedding - So unfortunately the air conditioner switches off during load shedding. During this time we were suffering from the unbearable heat. I'm hoping the hotel will upgrade to larger generators. View - Quite a small window, you cannot see the view from your bed which is dissapointing considering we paid extra for an ocean view. Price - R 1450 for a beach view bedroom My opinion... Is it worth it? That would depend on your budget. I usually stay at the Courtyard Hotel which has a balcony, gym, impeccable 24hr service and massive rooms. They charge R1990 per night. If that's what you can afford then I reccomend Courtyard hotel. Town lodge is excellent for a budget price.

Friendly, visible and helpful staff ( we requested a hair drier, iron and ironing board ). Easy walking distance to many facilities ( Food, Entertainment and Shopping ) including the beach. Good security, food and value for money. Not our first visit and we will be back.

The hotel is well-maintained with great views of the beach. Centrally located, with friendly, and pleasant staff, who assist willingly. Large and comfortable dining area, with many food options to choose from. Easily accessible, and secure parking area.

Good Value for money. The rooms had a smell, aside from this, It's a good choice for those on a budget Loved the vending machine with snacks. The ice machine and filtered water machine with options for Sparkling and still water. Would I use it again. Yes!
