There are 3 swimming pools，also can see Mediterranean from the window，it's peaceful and quiet，the service is also considerate.

房間很好，很乾凈。一樓出門就是泳池。 離海邊不遠，有自己的專屬海灘。 早餐送到房間吃，量很足，衹是對於我們來説不能算好吃。 位置因為靠海邊，離碼頭有點距離。不遠有條商業街，晚上很熱鬧，找吃的不難。 WiFi不是太好，而且第二天密碼就變了，得找前台再要。 不好意思評價太晚了，照片不好找了。

是一個度假村，出門右拐，走路可到蘇伊士運河，衹是現在運河封閉管理，不得近前。酒店外就是地中海，很多小攤，當地人遊玩。正看到捕魚，語言不通，拿出200埃及鎊，2公斤小魚2公斤小蝦，房間可簡單烹調。

很nice的一次入住，如果下次有機會一定推薦朋友住這，環境也好服務也好

DANGEROUS hotel, we witnessed a shocking behaviour from the staff and management including verbal intimidation and insult we felt unsafe, thank god the police came to save us. Choose a place where guests are treated with basic respect, we had the worst experience ever.

I stayed at the hotel in L3 block for 4 nights between December 12 and December 16, 2024. While the facility is well-located, I was disappointed with the management and overall service, which fell far below expectations. The breakfast options were very limited, and room cleaning was insufficient. Towels were old, stained, and faded, and they were not replaced daily as they should be. The room itself was not cleaned adequately, which was disappointing. Despite repeatedly complaining about the door key needing to be reactivated every time I left and returned, no permanent solution was provided. I also requested a room with lift access, but the staff kept showing me smaller rooms that were not suitable. In the evenings, the room was uncomfortably cold as the air conditioner failed to heat the space properly. I was only able to take a hot shower twice during my 4-day stay due to issues with the hot water in the bathroom. When my reservation ended, I chose to move to another hotel as I found the accommodation fee unjustifiably high for the level of service provided. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the quality of their service for future guests. If I come to Port Said again, I definitely don't plan on staying at this hotel.

We’ve spent good times in marom .. the general manager was very professional we had some issues with accommodation and he facilitated everything, he made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.. thank you marom hotel stuff we enjoyed our vacation
