La chambre était très confortable, propre et les lits étaient agréables.Con air fonctionnait bien quand toutes les portes et toutes les fenêtres sont fermées correctement. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de variété 👌 Le personnel était bien, mais pas sur bienvenu avec les salutations. Paulo était utile, cependant. Pas de piscine extérieure comme il semble dans les photos, c'était un laissez-nous descendre comme nous voulions nager et relaxer par piscine avec le soleil. L'intérieur a semblé bon mais n'a pas utilisé. Location était à 15 minutes à pied des restaurants mais Uber est également disponible. Plages étaient occupées et ok. Voir beaucoup de plages plus jolies en Europe 🇪🇺 Ciao

Beautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!

Excellent spacious apartments,great location, helpful staff, for what you pay for these apartments i think it is great value.Me and my wife have paid more before and stayed in alot worse places.I will definitely be staying here again. Mr a laybourne.

Un endroit de rêve où 'déconnecter'. La chambre est très spacieuse, la literie confortable, le personnel disponible et aux petits soins. Idéal pour se retrouver au calme en pleine nature. Les buffets proposés sont excellents et variés. Le petit déjeuner continental également. La piscine a été grandement appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs. Le calme aussi. Bref, notre séjour était parfait ( presque à regret d'en partir)

La chambre ( plutôt un mini appartement) est très grande de 4 personnes avec un lit double et un canapé clic clac double ( attention ce n'est pas 4 lits). Il y a un balcon qui donne vue sur la piscine. Petite cuisine équipé, télévision, articles de toilettes, ménage chaque jour... Pas très loin de la plage ( 10 min à pied) et pour le soir à 10 min en taxi de la ville avec bars, restaurants... L'hôtel propose un bar jusqu'assez tard avec des prix raisonnables. On y accède en même pas un heure de taxi depuis l'aéroport de Faro. Le personnel est cordial et il parle un peu français. Il y a une piscine extérieur de taille moyenne et une piscine intérieur de petite taille ( il faut une carte pour y accéder pendant une durée de une heure, on est donc pas déranger par d'autres personnes). Tables de ping pong, foot ball...

Magnifique expérience entre amies. Nous étions 9 pour passer 2 nuits dans ce super appart-hôtel. Prestations de haute qualité, lits confortables, 4 chambres avec 2 couchages, un canapé convertible pour compléter, 3 salles de bains / wc. Sublime terrasse avec vue incroyable sur la mer. Propre / calme/ cuisine équipée. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Les personnes travaillant à l’hôtel sont bienveillantes et disponibles.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms cleaned every day location great. Reception staff very helpful and always had a smile Big thank you to Thomas ( I think that’s his name) at reception. Almost every night we asked him for directions to restaurants/ bus stops etc and he was so good at explaining it to us. Lovely pool area small but quiet and relaxing Breakfast staff were fine but a simple smile in the morning would have been nice A bit “ grumpy “ to say the least. Umberto was just great. He’s the tall one. Always had the biggest smile for you when we walked in. Very very nice man. Would recommend this hotel. If I ever return to ALVOR , I will certainly return to this hotel. !!! Just to say the jet 2 rep was wonderful. I took ILL one morning and she went above and beyond to help me. Phoned later that day to check on me and also the following day too. Wish I could remember her name. So a big thank you to her !!!

I would love to give this place a poor review to put people off going so I could keep it for myself but that would be doing the staff a real disservice. I can't fault this place at all- the place was spotless inside and out and the rooms were well equipped with fridge ,safe and air conditioning and lovely hot showers. The breakfast had something for everyone and changed each day. The staff are the real star of the show though and nothing is too much trouble. We mentioned we were looking for worry beads and the next thing we knew one of the waitresses at breakfast went across the street and brought back a selection for us to choose from and purchase from the shop opposite. Special mention to Ioanna who was so friendly and up for a laugh she really made our holiday. Great Central location but quiet with a lovely small pool and pool area. Can't wait to come back!
