The hotel was fabulous! Adorable, breathtaking views! We had our delicious breakfast from our balcony every morning - we felt so special overlooking our view. The staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. Our rooms were quaint, quiet and clean. I cant say enough wonderful things about this hotel

The porch views of the Amalfi coast from the rooms at Villa Rosa were absolutely breath taking. Every night I was excited about waking up and going out in the morning to the porch/balcony. The daily continental breakfast served on the balcony was amazing! Location is so great! Can’t recommend enough!

Let's start with the nicest people Managing and working at this Hotel. We were treated like royalty every minute of our stay. The most accommodating Hotel I've stayed in, in a long time. The view is right out of every postcard you've ever seen of Positano. Comfortable rooms, with a great balcony porch sitting area, where we had breakfast every morning. Breakfast was included. Sometime during the day, all you had to do, was go by the lobby on your way to your activity and fill out the card with what you wanted for breakfast and what time you wanted it delivered. Exactly at the time requested, a knock at the door with exactly what you wanted to eat plus the most incredible pastry included and frothed milk for your coffee. Hotel staff brought it out to your private balcony, with a white linen table cloth. This was truly a Five Star experience. Additionally, this Hotel is centrally located in Positano which made it perfect for all of our activities. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. This will be my choice to stay every time I visit Positano.

I stayed at Villa Rosa with my husband and we loved it. We were due to take our holiday in 2022, but I caught covid. Villa Rosa did not hesitate in allowing us to postpone our trip until a year later, even though I had to cancel the day before I was due to fly. This signifies the professionalism of all at the Villa Rosa. They just know how to run a hotel properly. The staff were friendly and gave us tips for restaurants etc. The breakfasts were excellent and served on our terrace every morning. The room was very pretty but the stand out was the stunningly beautiful terrace. It was a lovely relaxing place to stay at.

Villa Rosa turned out to be the hotel of my dreams! The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast that they provided to us on our balcony every morning was phenomenal. The location cannot be beat as it is only a short 10 minute walk from the beach. Additionally the room was spacious yet comfortable, and the shower was the best one that we have had in the few weeks we have been in Italy. Last, but certainly not least, the view from our room was life changing! Villa Rosa is such a hidden gem and was the absolute perfect stay for my husband and I! We will undoubtedly be back!

An absolutely perfect place to stay in Positano. The location of Villa Rosa is ideal & then you have also have a beautiful terrace & amazing views too. All of the staff we encountered were so genuinely friendly & helpful. The in room breakfast was an absolute treat & the gentleman who brings it takes so much care in setting up your table beautifully too. This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Each room in this hotel has either a terrace or a balcony. We were in room no.25 and we had the luxury of a large terrace which boasted stunning postcard views of Positano. A lovely big breakfast was served daily to our terrace by Luca or Antonio and set up with a table cloth. The food itself was great, more than we could eat! The staff were fabulous, especially Anna and Ersilia at the front desk in the day who assisted us make a restaurant reservation at Café Positano and to arrange an airport transfer for our departure from Naples Airport. Carmine worked the desk at night and on the morning that we planned to walk the Path of the Gods, he was kind enough to arrange our breakfast 'to go' and helped us with where the bus left from and timings. Not only were the staff amazing during our stay, but prior to our arrival too. I really think booking directly goes a long way to building better relationships and in our case it really did. Owing to extenuating circumstances, we had to delay our holiday by a year, but the hotel and staff were accommodating and caring/ It was well worth the wait!! Shout out to Antonella and Carmela responding to emails. The location of the hotel is ideal for all aspects of Positano. It's a short (but uphill) walk from the beach past shops. We arrived to Positano from ferry from Capri. We only had hand/cabin luggage which was manageable, anything more and I would recommend you either have the hotel arrange porter or accept the porter assistance upon arrival. In terms of beaches, Fornillo is a better location than the more popular Spiaggia Grande which we found was generally full of Instagrammer. Fornillo is a short walk around the port under the well photographed archway. There you can hire a sunbed (between 25-30 euros) and hire kayaks from the Ristorante La Marinella (only 5 euros per hour).

I stayed in Villa Rosa with my 3 friends for 3 nights and it was the best stay we have ever had together. The place is beautiful. We stayed in 2 bedrooms suite with 2 bathrooms and amazing large terrace that we spent a lot of our time. Villa has an amazing view and is very clean with amazing stuff. They never had any problems when we asked for extra tea and glasses and ice. I am checking for dates for next year to come with my family but no dates are available yet. I will be definitely back. Our second stay at Villa Rosa. The views of Positano for the price and quality of the hotel is fantastic value being steps from the main area of town The balcony offers sun lounges and beautiful breakfast with a view of the ocean. The breakfast is large and generous, which good coffee and friendly service. We had to move rooms on this stay due to noise. The guest above us decided to rearrange the iron furniture which is extremely heavy for hours into the night. We also had an ant problem due to the rain which was swiftly managed by the team. Only other feedback would be as a noise sensitive guest is to ask for a corner room, the walls are incredibly thin so you can hear when people have showers, use the bathroom etc. Thank you Villa Rosa for a pleasant stay.
