A spacious, stunning apartment in a central location. It had everything we needed & more. The decor was something else. One large four poster bed & one bedroom with a jacuzzi bath. The kitchen was well equipped & we had a shower room with separate toilet. Lovely!! We will be back.

Perfect stay at this beautiful hotel. We were welcomed very warmly and looked after from the second we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel is simply beautiful with amazing views of the castle, St Nicholas and the Monastery. We’ve now stayed in a few different rooms and each one has been beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you’d need. Finally, what can I say about the staff they are all amazing and genuinely care about making your stay perfect. We will always stay here when we come back to Prague.

Words can't even describe our awe when we walked into our apartment at the Milostranska Residences when we arrived to celebrate New Year's Eve in Prague. We knew from the photos we had jaw-dropping views of St. Nicholas's church, but since we weren't educated on Prague at the time of booking, we had no idea that we were literally situated on one of the best squares in Prague. The apartment had THREE balconies overlooking a stunning view (I think it was called a/the presidential suite) and it felt like being in a Victorian home, in some ways. We also didn't realize when we booked that we were only the shortest of walks to the stunning Charles Bridge on which we rang in the new year. The fireworks right above our head as we stood on our balcony were unreal. And the personal delivery of champagne by the Malostranska was such a nice touch. We couldn't believe our luck that we got to stay there. I just can't say enough about the location and views. It was perfect for our family of 7!

If you are looking for a good, safe, and clean place you should definitely go to this Residence. Thanks for all the stuff especially Zdenek for their wonderful hosting, It's a great place in Prague's old town.

Myself and a group of couples came and stayed in this beautiful apartment around Easter 2022 for a 40th birthday celebration. Beautiful place, stunning rooms, perfect location! Everything was wonderful... Until one of party members accidentally sat on a voile curtain tearing it and forgot to mention it to the reception on the way out on a day trip. This resulted in a very volatile manager, calling us in the middle of the day (on the first day of a 3 night stay) shouting and being incredibly rude and aggressively threatening to throw us out over it!! Which completely ruined our day trip. On return to the hotel, the manager used her staff (all via the phone as clearly couldn't bring herself to speak to customers in person) to threaten us further with chucking us all out! Then proceeded to demand over 300 euros to fix the cheap voile curtain. Then there were further accusations that we had spilled some coffee on a bed etc. and had to pay to clean it! (which we ended up giving 20 euros towards to calm her down) being loud in the corridors (which is almost impossible not to in the echoey stairwells) Basically the manager of this lovely hotel is by far the rudest most unprofessional individual I have ever come across in many many years of world travel. It seems apparent that a very sneaky way to avoid charges form *********** is for them to then cancel your booking when you leave, so they can get out of paying charges and this in turn affects your personal booking ratings and meant we couldn't leave a targeted review on the *********** site at the time. Needless to say! Avoid avoid avoid! Unless of course the manager has changed since April 2022 :)

The location is ideal, with the tram stop just outside the entrance and easy access to where you want to be in relation to the Charles Bridge, cafes, etc. Even more impressive is the interior! Once you walk through the tall wooden entry double doors, you are in a beautifully tiled, wide, hallway that leads to the check-in office, the glass elevator, and the sweeping staircase. Ask about the painted mural high above one side of the hallway! Our room/kitchenette was spacious, pristine clean, quiet and beautiful. Best of all was the staff. We dealt mostly with Tdenek who went above and beyond in attending to any of our needs or questions. He is truly an asset to this establishment! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever have the opportunity to go Prague again...which we hope we will!

We've stayed at some amazing apartments in Europe but this has got to be one of the most incredible and certainly the one with the best view. We had the penthouse with a small terrace on the roof overlooking Prague castle and the church across the street - it absolutely made our stay to be able to have a beer each evening watching the illuminated skyline. The apartment itself is huge and over two levels with an amazing master suite with a wall of glass overlooking the city and even a glass roof to watch the stars! Besides a secondary bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi tub there was a kitchen, living room and laundry. Perfectly located in the center of the city, everything a short walk away; very friendly and helpless staff. We will definitely return!
