I was at this hotel on Christmas last year(2022). I don’t know were to start since it was one of the worst experience that i have had during my trips. Starting with the initial delusion. I mistakenly did a booking but instead of December 2022 i did it for 2023, ok my mistake but since it was with one year timeframe i asked to the girl at the reception if she could help me in a kind of way, i would like to emphasize that she was speaking during all the time to me in English, but when i asked to her for help she started to say that she don’t understand what I was saying but was insisting to cancel my booking as i wouldn’t go there in 2023. Anyway, only after we decided to stay there, as we were tired and we paid and signed everything, the girl at the reception told us that the room was at the last floor (if i’m not wrong the place had 6 floors) but the elevator was not working. Based on the other ratings i understood that i wasn’t the first to had the same luck. Anyway, after getting in touch with booking they told that the booking could be deleted with wave of fee if the hotel will accepted. After asking the girl at the reception for this type of help since i said to here the booking was for 12/2023 and obviously it could be re-booked again, she again started to say that she didn’t understand what i was saying but started to convince me to cancel the booking (without the fee wave) in order to let it free for the others. Obviously i didn’t accept and then i ask if i could have the manager contact in order to write them and to clarify the situation. The same day that i wrote to them i got the answer one week later and they only help was to change date or the name of the people that will stay there but obviously after the treatment that i got from this hotel i don’t think I will go twice there or even suggest to my friends because the treatment that we got from this staff was not the best or at least comprehensive. Anyway we stayed there but we couldn’t sleep during all the night since it was so noise caused by the water in the radiator. The next day when we told at the reception about this problem they only answer was we were open your could come. I don’t know how easy is for them doing 6 floors up and down without elevator at midnight. Because in this kind of 4 stars hotel wasn’t even the phone inside the room in order to call the reception. And don’t read in their webpage when they say that have slippers and hairdryers because they don’t have it. Hope anyone would not have the same delusion and to find this kind of service.
