Great location for the sightseeing tourist. The room was great, plenty of room and great to have a fridge.

Situation idéale et super accueil, décoration agréable, double porte permettant une meilleure insonorisation et ce n'etait pas du luxe vu le bruit des autres clients. Bien vu la grande armoire très pratique. Chambre vraiment juste par sa taille, impossible d'utiliser la table (mais problème lors de la résa visiblement enregistré pour 1 seule personne.) Pas de rideaux occultants donc reveil très matinal ! Offre TV complète mais complexe et le debit du Wifi comme du réseau TV trop faible pour voir tout programme.

As many have said, the location is brilliant. Close to many sights, shops and experiences. The room was a decent size and the bed comfortable. It was all very clean. However, whilst we had a kettle there were no mugs, no bin and only Earl Grey tea or instant coffee on offer. No decaf. On asking, (twice) we got mugs and a bin. We also had to ask for milk as there wasn’t any. The bathroom was nicely set apart from the sleeping area, but had a small corner shower that had a fixed height shower head and angle. It needs updating. Do ask for a garden room if you want quiet at night and/or to sleep with a window open. We couldn’t see air con and didn’t ask as it wasn’t too hot during our visit.

UNFORTUNATELY MY STAY AT THIS PROPERTY WAS NOT HAPPY. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT THEY ENTERED MY ROOM (WHERE I SLEEPED WITH MY FRIEND) AND STOLE MY PHONE AND MY FRIEND'S WALLET. TO GET TO OUR ROOM THEY HAD TO PASS TWO (!!) LOCKED DOORS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOBODY NOTICED ANYTHING. FOR THE REST, SMALL ROOM, SMALL BATHROOM, SHOWER SERVICE APPROPRIATE TO A FOUR STAR HOTEL, GOOD BREAKFAST.

we've been here for one night...we were four friends and we booked a big apar**ent with two big beds and a big bathroom...the apar**ent was clean and confortable...excellent position, just 200 m from the clock square recommended

We had a wonderful stay here. Transfer from the airport was great, as we arrived quite late, and the driver had our keys and let us in. All went very well. Very clean and comfortable room (family apar**ent) overlooking the cathedral. (Quite a few stairs in case anyone has mobility issues, but not otherwise a problem). The cafe/restaurant downstairs was lovely for breakfast too - continental; omelettes; full english etc and a lovely a**osphere. Staff were all very helpful. The location is just perfect. In a quiet lane, just off Old Town Square so it's easy to walk all around the city from here. Would definitely recommend it!

The place is located in a very good location. Close to everything. The people are kind The room was clean and they cleaned it every day. In addition they changed our towels every day. We were very pleased Thanks!!

Like everyone else, I agree this location is brilliant. Close to everything in the Old Town, but quietly tucked away in a lane way. The room (102) is tiny. Small by even European standards. But nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom, the same. And navigating behind the door to the wc is a challenge. The wifi is horrific - almost non existent. Now this could be my fault, but the lack of airconditioning was a surprise. Maybe I didn’t read closely enough, but in 2022 aircon is sort of expected in hot summer climates. Breakfast was good and we loved the wine bars and restaurants behind the Cathedral, away from the mad crowds in the square. Finally, not having staff before 9:00am is a worry. Our safe malfunctioned, with passports inside and we were leaving at 9:15am to catch a train. Much panic. In the end we got it sorted - after 9:00am - but that sort of thing shouldn’t happen these days. Overall a pleasant stay, which could have been so much better.
