Pool was so green! I refused to put anything other than my feet into it. Staff was very nice and accommodating! Every morning there was a breakfast event for church so the service was slow and coffee was not really accommodating in small 4 -6 oz styrofoam cups, not really hot. At the end of our visit to pay for a day of food and drink for me only they charged me double bc I reported my own food/drink to the receptionist and then the server reported as well. They double charged me and refused to compromise. If they look at their cameras they’ll know the truth! They took advantage of an American. Absolutely

Pésima atención, pésimo trato, mala y cara comida, instalaciones sucias y bastante antiguas. Me trataron como ladron, acusandome de haberme apropiado de las toallas del hotel. Las toallas de por sí eran asquerosas. Me cobraron L. 50 por un huevo frito extra que pedí en el restaurante.

Ahórrese un pesimo servicio, dicen que la playa está limpia y no se puede meter de la basura que hay, la piscina sucia con extra cloro y el piso liso , tardado para llevar alimentación, definitivamente no recomendado.
