Courtyard Puerto Montt

We arrived late and left early so missed breakfast and I really wanted to use the pool so we are going to stay again before we fly back to punta.

The hotel is located in a very international and safe area, the lunch and dinner menu they have is interested with very good prices.

En general, ningún punto débil, la comida muy buena en el restaurante, la simpatía de todo el personal sobresaliente, la piscina temperada muy agradable, el gimnasio de ultima generación invitaba a seguir la práctica sin cansancio...El Desayuno maravilloso, las habitaciones con hermosa vista, y completamente acústicas...Volveremos al Marriott de Puerto Montt, Chile. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

Really nice property. Good rooms and very solid service. Highlights included: - excellent restaurant with terrific staff - high quality food for breakfast and dinner - good location, but a little walk downhill to city center - front desk was very helpful

Comfortable upscale hotel close to the waterfront and dining in Puerto Montt. The staff is very helpful and responsive on the Marriott app chat functionality - that becomes active once you check in. They organized a cab for the airport pick up which made that part very convenient. Note that most of the action is in Puerto Varas but if you are a Marriott member or hotels in Puerto Varas are too expensive, this is a solid choice.

We used the Courtyard Marriott at Puerto Montt for a 1-night stopover only but what a fine room we had! Ok - it was a Junior Suite on the 10th floor with ocean view and as such most certainly more spacious than other rooms. But it seems that the hotel has recently undergone renovation and I assume that all rooms are styled in the same modern way. The bathroom was huge with bathtub and shower. Towels were fluffy and bed linen was crisp. The hotel even offers ironing facilities, something I had missed throughout 9 weeks of traveling across Latin America... We also had dinner and breakfast in their restaurant. Do not expect "fine dining" but we had a proper and tasty meal and a sufficiently varied breakfast buffet. A slight drawback is the location. Walking to the waterfront is easy and does not take long. But be prepared to "climb" a bit of a hill on your way back. Von meinem/meiner Galaxy gesendet

With lowered expectations, one could stay here. This place may be under a change of management, so a future visit might be better. There were a few hightlights before the list of nyegatives. Their Pulp Fiction hamburger was excellent, as was their take on lemonade. The use of wood as the central theme in the hotel was a pleasant alternative to the usually sterile interiors of most big box hotels. Hard to identify hotel: The hotel had no sign outside. This is why I believe it is changing hands. In the parking lot, we found the remains of the sign. Parking lot: hard to find the entrance, poorly lit. The directions to the elevator were non-existant. We ended up using a service elevator which brought us to the service area on one of the floors. We finally located a door and ended up in a suite of the hotel's management offices. The offices were closed, but there was one person left chatting on the phone who saw us roaming around, but did nothing to assist us. Room: all the furniture and decor showed some wear and tear. The toilet seat was disintergrating underneath--yuck. The shower head was ancient and was also disintegrating which meant that the water sprayed in all directions, including the floor. Breakfast: cold room, cold eggs, non-working toaster.

Varias veces en este hotel, que ha tenido distintos nombres. Bien ubicado. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Destaco la limpieza. El desayuno buffet está bien. Tienen un restaurante con buenas opciones de almuerzo y cena. El personal del hotel muy amable. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Por mejorar: cantidad innecesaria de luces en la habitación, con un sistema de encendido/apagado poco amigable con el ambiente. La luz del baño no se apaga y hay otras que responden a un solo interruptor. El minirefrigerador siempre encendido aun cuando no tiene nada dentro. Ojalá pudieran revisar y modificar. Con todo igual lo reconiendo. .
