A éviter ! Sauf si perdre du temps, de l'argent ou relever le challenge de communiquer avec des robots malhonnêtes est ce que vous recherchez pour votre voyage en Inde. Expérience très désagréable lors de la réservation de cet hotel, faite via booking. L'hotel nous a harcelé de messages menaçants pour que nous fassions un pré-paiement de 50% par des voies non sécurisées et ne tolérant que des cartes indiennes. Lorsque je leur ai expliqué que je ne pouvais pas payer de la sorte et que je ne pourrai payer qu'une fois sur place, l'hotel a décidé, de façon unilatérale, de notifier par message que notre réservation était annulé, alors même que celle-ci courrait toujours sur booking. A n'y rien comprendre. Booking n'étant pas d'une grande aide pour débloquer la situation, nous avons fini par annuler. A savoir et à éviter donc. Je ne peux malheureusement pas mettre zéro, c'est bien dommage.

It's a good hotel with pleasant ambience. Though this Hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, the complimentary breakfast comes from outside, and there are lot of Fast Food, Veg and Non-Veg restaurants just at 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

It was a good stay. The hotel is located at a peaceful and lovely place. Room was clean. All amenities were good. Breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would say that it was a good experience in all .

Everything was just perfect except the hot water in bathroooms. You need to waste almost 15 buckets of water to get 1 bucket of lukewarm water. Location is very nice, staff is really cooperative, breakfast was good, coffee needs improvement. If they can manage the noise of the young smoking crowd just outside the hotel, it would be wonderful!

Excellent service, food was yummy, silent location to rest - these are highlights just to name a few.Me & couple of my friends happened to take one night stay at Pune and found this hotel to be perfect place for halt.

well maintained , clean and hygiene room . Facilities provided are extremely good. very cooperative staffs , hotel situated in well locality and easily accessible. Amazing and pleasant stay. I prefer to stay in future.

Hotel rooms are usually kept clean and this goes for the bathrooms too. Staff is helpful and prompt with their service. Some improvement can be done for more cleanliness of room bedsheets, blankets etc

Stayed for a night to visit my kid studying in a nearby college. This hotel is surrounded by colleges and eateries so they dont bother to maintain it. Breakfast is limited to one plate of what they offer. Rooms are rundown and tiny. + is neat sheets and very close to colleges. Since they are not many hotels nearby you do not have an option but to stay here. Deccan bus stand is walkable, FC rd is a happening location which is closeby. The staff are least bothered since all the bookings are online and they still get paid.

It's good. Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good. I booked the stay for 2 days and got different breakfasts. The food quality is good. Staff is good and very hospitable. Check in and check out was very smooth

The hotel is situated just off FC road and hence is very close to prominent eateries and other conveniences ... The rooms are clean and well maintained and breakfast is served in the rooms ... pleasant staff and a decent breakfast rounded off a comfortable stay ..
