Jharana ma'am , alaudin sir , Rishi sir ,chef sev singh had assisted us very well the food was very good was fresh and very well and overall very friendly and accommodating, the services starting from room service everything was very clean and hygienic the fish here is very good and fresh we have tried jhinga tikka as well as fish and chips and best fresh fish I have ever tasted Their serving sizes are very good

Singh chef, sushant, sonam, barkat, Managaer - Alok.. all were really good in all that servicing and all and food was also amazing… Going to coming again and will stay at the hotel also.. I ensure i will get thsi sevice nexy time further also..👍👍

It was a delightful experience,loved the hospitality and the overall stay was a pleasant experience,The buffet spread was awesome having a widespread variety.

The staff is amazing especially Pritam (Service Executive) and Dinobondhu (Captain) for their amazing attention to detail service and care! Will surely recommend to friends and family!

I was very disappointed with my stay here. I paid approx 50k for two rooms 2 nights stay. I paid extra for the sea view room as well as bath tub in the room. Unfortunately my room bearly had a view of the sea. There wasn't any balcony. Tv didn't have set-top box working. Telephone wasn't working. Mini bar didn't have any snacks. Bathroom didn't have a bath tub. The floor in the room was sandy probably from the previous guests. Too add more inconvenience to my stay, there was a renovation going on the same floor as my room and people were working right outside of my room. Drill, hammer, all kinds of noise was there I couldn't sleep in or meditate. I specifically had put a note for a quiet room when I had booked my room online. They didn't even mentioned nor cared to resolve the issue. I complained about the phone so many times coz every time something went wrong I had to walk down to the reception since the phone was not working. Honestly I was looking forward to having peaceful quiet relaxing time but it ruined it for me. Moreover this hotel has a personal beach so I was thinking at least I will walk on the beach quietly and get my mind relaxed but they had that closed for the guests as well. Security said the beach is closed and I can't go...... hello!!! Why in the world i laid 50k for this stupid bothering place. Don't, mayfair heritage and wave is the same ownership.

Singh ji , Pratap, Ajay, Sushant, Achyut, Pritam , Rusi, Gautam and Tapas are absolutely splendid. You guys must eat at the 2 states. 5 star rating from us.

Excellent service and top notch food quality. Staff goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Everything is well thought out and the sea view from our bedroom was the icing on the cake.

We try to visit Puri every year. Our stay at the Mayfair Heritage Hotel has been by far the best experience for our family. Room, Food, Hospitality, Ambiance and anything else that can be expected from an hotel stay, all have been of the highest quality. All of the hotel staffs are hell bent on providing a personalised quality experience to their guests in every aspect of their offerings. This time we stayed in Room # 122, the room offered us no less than a royal stay with Panoramic Ocean view. I would like to thanks Mr. Pravanjan Swain from House Keeping for his excellent and dedicated service. He always has a sweet smile on his face and he always made sure we have everything in place in our room. I would also like to appreciate Mr Ashok from Dining for his excellent service. We are already planning to come back again —a truly wonderful experience for us. Thank you so much. Wish the management & the staff all the best…

Positives: Clean room. Really clean. Really appreciated. Breakfast spread was very good. Tasted better than average, too. Ashok and one more lady from the breakfast area were courteous and made it easier for us to enjoy breakfast. The greeter lady at the restaurant was also polite. There was a decent sea view from the room. Need to improve: Lack of welcomingness. The staff has some kind of an attitude. It is not direct but can be clearly sensed. They are way too curt. They mixed up our dates. Their check out time is 9 am. That’s too early. The keys just wouldn’t work. In that humid weather, EVERY SINGLE TIME, we had to go back to the front desk and get someone to open the door for us. They said they’d give us new keys but they didn’t. They did not accept amex even though it was booked through them. But that doesn’t suit a hotel like this with premier prices. So, in all, there are some good aspects to this pricey hotel. But the overall experience was not that comfortable.

Ashok and debashish did a wonderful job taking care of us during breakfast and dinner! They were very kind! The room is beautiful. Loved the stay! Would highly recommend!

I have visited Puri 97/98 times by now. My stay at the Mayfair Heritage Hotel has been by far the best experience for me and my wife… Stay, Food, Hospitality, Ambiance all have been of the highest quality. The hotel management and the staff, it appeared to us, was hell bent on providing a personalised quality experience to their guests in every aspect of their offerings… Shall come back again much earlier than anticipated—a truly wonderful experience for us.
