Resort is good. But to reach the premises from bagmundy is complicated. There is no proper indication to reach kushalpalli resort is provided on way. This create much more engiety and trouble.

Location and ambience is superb but maintainance and service is very poor. Few things are missing from the room like there's no dryer in the washroom which now a days we get almost in every hotel. Need to be maintained properly. Not worth of money.

Over priced property. Other states have also this type of properties but they are available just about 4k - 5k. This resort also charged an additional amount for room dining. This was not fair.

First the location and ambiance is incredibly beautiful, we got the tulip bungalow, situated at the back of the property, and it offered a fantastic view of the lake and hills in the backdrop. The property ambiance, food and overall hospitality is top-notch beyond doubt. Just couple of issues need mention: the indoor ac unit was not responding to remote control, and they couldn't fix it, so if it were summer then it could have been a serous problem. Also, housekeeping did not respond to a cleaning request at night, after the maintenance came to unclog the bathroom basin. So i guess guest srrvice has some room for improvement.
