Hôtel propre Personnel très accueillant Idéal pour un séjour en famille Un peu déçu par rapport au fait de la structure visant à accueillir famille avec enfants Pour les couples seuls semble inapproprié Mais une structure pour les enfants assez sécurisante

L'hôtel est certes très chouette, mais malheureusement les enfants français ne sont pas les bienvenus (pour ne pas dire interdit d'accès) au club enfant : quelle déception !!! Les animations sont quant à elles assez limitées.

Relaxing week in a pleasant family hotel. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But the price isn’t luxury either but instead very reasonable. We were super impressed with the friendly and attentive staff. The kids stuff is really aimed at very young kids. But mine, 9 and 12, still found friends and had a great time. All in all very relaxing and pleasant but nothing extraordinary. BTW we didn’t find the plane noise irritating at all.

Great and very nice, cheerful service of the entire hotel from the reception to the cleaning ladies, clean and large swimming pools, delicious food, which was never missing even at the end of meals. A very communicative and caring restaurant manager. Waiters working very quickly with their work so that no one had to wait for anything. Despite the number of guests, there were no queues - neither for tables nor for food. We are very pleased with this hotel. The sea right next to the hotel, one of the bars located on the beach. What was an absolute hit for us were the olive trees, which gave a lot of shade in the hotel area, so we didn't have to "fight" for a place in the shade. Our daughter had fun in the pools, on the slides and in the sea, we rested. Animations conducted only in German. Most of the guests are German.

Amazing time spended with my family. I really recommend this hotel for those who want to relax and don’t want anybody to disturb them. The rooms are clean and the equipment is working correctly. The food is delicious. I really enjoyed holiday spended here and I will glady come back :)))

Nice hotel just next to the beach, kite surfer paradise, quiet area, great staff and food was really good. Wouldn't complain about anything except that you need to be a germanophone if you want to create friends in the hotel but finally it wasn't a problem at all ! 😊 Last but not least, if you are looking for quality trips or excursions with a decent price, I highly recommend you to take a look outside the hotel on the left side, there is a desk for excursions. The staff is very professional and really nice and above all super competitive!

The best cocktails mixed with Gavriel, he is really the best barkeeper I ever met. Good cocktails and always fun at the bar even when the season was quite busy for all the stuff due to Covid and extra work to be to be done, they made an excellent job.

We spent an amazing week. 3 different generations and everybody found something for themselves. The hotel is clean, green, spacious, full of life, the food is delicious and variable. The staff is extremly friendly and prepared, always kind and smiling. A special thanks go to Giannis Hopefully will Come back.

Waren mit der kompletten Familie für 8 Tage im TUI Kids Club Alex Beach und es hat allen super gut gefallen (17 Personen, davon 4 Senioren, 6 Eltern, 7 Kinder). Vom reibungslosen Empfang nach der Anreise (TOP: Shuttle von TUI benötigt lediglich 10 min vom Flughafen), über das Essen am Buffet, hin zum tollen Zimmer bis zu den super freundlichen Mitarbeitern wurde alles geboten, was wir zu einem gelungenem Familienurlaub benötigen. Wir hatten verschiedene Zimmertypen, die alle guter Standard waren, mit top bequemen Betten und einer tollen, ebenerdigen Dusche. Alle Zimmer hatten Balkon oder Terasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit + Tisch. Die Anlage mit den vielen Olivenbäumen und Palmen ist echt toll. Den Kids Club haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da unsere Kinder untereinander genug Unterhaltung hatten. Die Kinderdisco haben alle jedoch geliebt, wie auch sonstiges Entertainment am Abend. Die Getränke sind, wie auch schon von mehreren kritisiert, sicherlich verbesserungswürdig. Besonders die Säfte und Softdrinks aus dem Automaten. Die Softdrinks von der Bar seien wohl OK. Bier, Weißwein (Rotwein war nicht gut...) und die Cocktails sind voll ok (und teils ziemlich stark...) Essen war abwechslungsreich und gute Qualität - meinetwegen brauche ich keinen Asia-Abend in Griechenland, da die Küche alleine schon viel Abwechslung bereitstellt. Nochmals herauszustellen ist das freundliche Personal - besonders im Restaurant, an der Poolbar und Beachbar.
