WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in hotel. The reception was total unfriendly with attitude. First we paid and after receptionist gave as a paper with some questions to fill and to sign. After he asked from us to give our credit card, all numbers and informations so they can take 30€ from the card like quaranty in case we will do damages on the room or we will smoke, I said "we dont smoke", he said "I don't trust you". First time happen to me this after so many years traveling. Of course, I didn't wanted to give information about my card, how to trust and he didn't accept to continue our check in even we already paid for the room. He told us that we already signed the paper, and he saw us with the finger in the end of that page that it wrote with small letters that we have to pay the guaranty. Of course it was our mistake we didn't readed all page because we were tired, without sleep because we had early morning flight. Unbelievable his behavior, very RUDE. He did like the snake, he didn't explained from beginning all these things. Second problem was about sink and shower, the water couldn't go down and the toilet was out of the room and we had to go out and lock and unlock all the time. Third and last thing during our breakfast, which was 11.00. It was already 10.30, we finished with our breakfast and asked to take a piece of tea to make but box was closed. I asked a lady kindly if I can take one piece of tea and she opened the box nervously and hitted it in the wall without to talk. I can not understand why that behavior in general, I can not understand why they have so unfriendly and rude people to work in this hotel. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED....
