Hotel Neboder

Looks older from outside, pretty good once inside. Very tiny room but clean. The bed was very small I offer to pay for an upgraded but I was told there are no vacancies. Which was not entirely true when I checked out early morning, there room accreoa mine was open, and empty. I took a peak andx and a picture. See attached, that is what it should have looked like. The pictures pictures on the booking sites are probably taken with a wide lens, it makes everything look bigger and wider. Good trick. Shower was another problem, no pressure and the wall shower head holder was so way high up on the wall. Not an issue for me to reach up to it but an average person will never get to it. My issue was that it was broken so I had to use one hand shower routine which I hate. Why don't they check ands repair these ahead of time? Parking free in front of the hotel, location is prime 10 minutes walking to the core and breakfast was good. I asked for fried eggs, only scrambled at the buffet, they made it for me. The shower ands the size of the room and bed got the stars down from me.

Value for money. Three stars hotel, with four stars service. Very close to the old town and the market. Nive view 360o. Clean and big double rooms. Shower - bathroom, clean and convenient. Quiet and comfortable. Very good breakfast. The only "bad" thing was that it can't serve more than 24 clients at the same time in breakfast. There was a group of Japanese those days, and it was hard to find a seat.....

We just needed an overnight before boarding our boat the next day. we ordered a lately renewed room for allergic customers . (no carpets, very clean) we got a nice room in the 10th floor, with a lovely view over the city. (not to the side of the railway) we were lucky to get a free parkinglot infront of the hotel. as we were so tired from a long trip, we slept like a rock. we didn‘t hear any neighbours coming home nor cars driving along. (but to be honest, the room is ring-proof)

I was here for a night with a friend, the hotel itself was not bad. But the reason the rating is low is due to a member of staff, we came back to the hotel to collect our suitcases, which was behind the counter. We were waiting, not sure if he was going to bring it out, he then said to us “go on then.” I also had a really bad cold and needed tissue, I couldn’t see him anywhere to ask him for some, so went to get some myself as there was a massive roll of tissue, he appeared and shouted at me saying “you are not allowed in here”I got scared and said sorry, he then said “ well go on then”, to rip the tissue, I didn’t do it quick enough, so he ripped it for me in a passive aggressive manner and muttered something under his breath. I am a frequent traveller, and I have never met a employee that is so so rude. I am writing this review in hope management will speak to him. I don’t know his name, but he was working on Tuesday, the 24th of August at around 7-8pm.

Struttura & camere all’insegna dell’essenziale, queste ultime in particolare sguarnite di qualsiasi comfort. Oggettivamente un hotel che non invoglia a tornarvi, va bene se di passaggio e per una notte anche perché i prezzi non sono economici, anzi.

Hotel al centro di Fiume. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi ma con posto auto in parcheggio dell'hotel a pagamento. Se non si è fortunati a trovare parcheggio fuori Hotel per strada è un problema. Noi siamo stati fortunati a trovare parcheggio per strada proprio di fronte l'Hotel e poi abbiamo girato Fiume a piedi. Città molto vecchia e non bella come Zara o Spalato. L'hotel dall'esterno è molto bello ma vetusto. Sarebbe da ristrutturare soprattutto nelle camere. Per carità tutto pulito e funzionale. La nostra camera poi aveva vista su tutta la città e vista mare all'undicesimo piano... Vero spettacolo ma comunque la camera come il resto dell'hotel è degli anni 70 o forse meno. SAREBBE ORA DI RISTRUTTURARE TUTTO... ne vale la pena per la posizione in cui è. Un punto a favore è la colazione ottima e abbondante in una sala evidentemente ristrutturata con sedie con i fantasmini bianchi e ogni ben di Dio dal dolce al salato. Vista la camera sinceramente non ci aspettavamo una sala colazione così bella e così fornita. Nutella e yogurt fatti in casa come i dolci e poi tanti piatti salati caldi... Eccezionale veramente. Solo per questo aggiungo un punto in più... Per il resto è tutto da ristrutturare perché in un Hotel quello che fa la differenza non è la colazione ma le camere... Oltretutto nel letto matrimoniale sono due letti singoli attaccati con tanto di bordo in mezzo dei lettini singoli di legno e questo impedisce alla coppia di dormire abbracciati per esempio. Senza contare che avevamo lasciato la finestra aperta e quando siamo rientrati in serata l'abbiamo trovata chiusa. Quindi erano entrati in stanza e queste cose non vanno bene!!!

Hotel un po' datato, con qualche "acciacco" dell'arredamento (moquette, sanitari) e nell' accesso alle camere (ascensori da tremarella). Ancor più trattandosi di camera al dodicesimo piano. In compenso, buona pulizia, colazione dignitosa e vicinanza al centro storico. Eppoi una notevole vista sul golfo del Quarnaro. Prezzo adeguato
