Excellent hotel and spa with breathtaking lake views. A phenomenal place to relax in Bariloche. The pool is both outdoor and indoor and the steam and sauna are very refreshing. Be sure to book a deep tissue massage early in your stay. The breakfast selection is superb!

What a nigh**are! They had planned!!! constructions ongoing from 11 pm till 2 am in the morning at their pool area (2 nights in a row), we could not get sleep until 2 am due to the noise and even after complaining the only thing they could offer is a room change in the middle of the night, without any help with the luggage. Cannot recommend to go there at all. What management plans constructions during the night for a hotel? Sorry, this is totally unacceptable!

We visited this Hotel las December, beautiful hotel with amazing scenery and view to the spectacular Nahuel Huapi Lake Staff made our stay very special, booking trips and excursions. Breakfast was something else and bar and restaurant had excellent options and delicious dishes Our room all in wood and stone was lovely and with bath with jet even more lovely 2 minutes from the bus stop to the city center has a big car park also Definitely a come back to this one!!!!!

The room was very spacious and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was nice. The fireplace was also great though we did not use it (first time is free, next ones are charged). The wife worked very well and the views to the lake are also nice. The parking was rather challenging to get to, but it was spacious. We did not know the rooms were in different buildings and the entrance to each rooms is almost from the outside so when it get chilly or cold it could be uncomfortable. The breakfast need some improvement in terms of the vegan options. The worst part of our stay was the spa area: it was crowded with kids and parents who do not know what the hygiene is! People just get there from skiing all in dirty clothes and just jump into the pool. Too much noise and dirty skiing clothes all around the spa area. There was no hotel's staff to control or check on it. Very limited staff who spoke English throughout the hotel, only at the reception.

It’s hard to think of how to adequately describe what an amazing experience this was. We were transported over in a gondola. The area is breathtaking. Beautiful gardens, birds, wildlife. Gorgeous dining area serving gourmet meals. The tent was unbelievable: hard wood floors, beautiful bed, wood stove, back porch overlooking a steep ravine with a river below . A tray set up with coffee, tea, etc. the shower had a large opening viewing the ravine. The other porch views the gardens. The staff was great. Our staff member was Sada. She was so sweet and helpful. AND we were blessed with multiple viewings of the two condors. Sent from my iPhone

All I can say is that I loved this hotel because the service was amazing. It not ideal if you want to stay in the city center, but you can easily get back and forth with taxis. I had a room in the lodge with the most amazing view (see picture). The bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure. For me the service was a standout. The man at reception (I wish I could remember his name) was a true gentleman. The lodge part is up a a little bit of a ways on a hills, which is why the view is awesome, and he carried my very heavy suitcase up for me. I was also in Barioloche and I wasn’t sure the best way to get back to the hotel. I asked via the hotel WhatsApp and he booked me a taxi. Then he followed up to confirm that I was in the taxi and on my way back to the hotel. That meant a lot to me because I was a woman traveling alone. If I’m ever back in Bariloche - I will be staying here again.

EL hotel es lindo, de estilo rustico con madera y piedra, muy típico de la zona. Tiene una pequeña recepción y estar. La ubicación es linda, sobre la Av. Bustillo, frente al lago Nahuel Huapi, pero a 7 Km del centro de la ciudad, por lo que tener un auto es casi indispensable. El complejo en si es lindo, las habitaciones son cómodas, con hogar a leña pero no tiene aéreas comunes para estar fuera de la habitación, salvo la zona de restaurante y el spa, que estaba algo descuidado. El restaurante si bien es chico es muy bueno, bien atendido, con buena comida y precios accesibles para la zona. El desayuno esta bien servido y es variado. La atención del personal es buena y cordial. La única "critica" es que me parece mal que cobren la leña para el hogar de la habitación. Sin dudas volveria.

Muy buen servicio con las consierge.. hotel excelente .. la habitación muy limpia aunque era un bungaló el vino de recibimiento muy rico .. en área del spa poco tolerantes a los niños .. el mío de 3 años .. buen desayuno muy rico los lácteos .. 6 kms del centro de Bariloche … vista del lago

Excelente hotel, las suites con vista al lago son hermosas, la repostería en el desayuno es excelente Agradecemos a Sara y a Natalia por todas sus atenciones. Nos apoyaron mucho en confirmar unas reservas que teníamos. Recomiendo mucho este hotel. Buena cocina
