We had an amazing stay at this villa. The owners are by far the best part of the stay. They are so nice and friendly. The man drove us around town a few times and helped us prepare things for our bbq. He set everything up and cleaned it up. Whenever we offered to help he never allowed us. The room was immaculate when we arrived and everyday if we left the room no matter what time they would go up and clean it. We got fresh bedding and towels everyday which was not necessary but a very nice thought. Anything we needed we could just ask and they would help us. We did book this place over others based on they had a resturant but just be ware you need to have a minimum of 8 people in your party to use it. This was no problem for us though as we just ate in town down the road. I would highly recommend this place for couples who want to sit and enjoy nature but also any families looking for a nice place to relax. They have an amazing garden and the pool was great too. Honestly have no complaints! The games room was awesome too!

An excellent weekend Getaway from Shanghai. Our stay in Arcadia was amazing, located in a beautiful mountain valley of MoganShan the setting was perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the food was always delicious and freshly prepared for us. We spent most of our time sat by the pool or in the Jacuzzi. It’s also a lovely spot to bring your dog, with an enclosed garden and lots of space. Definitely recommend to stay!

If you're looking for a quiet retreat in nature, this is it. Highly recommend and would definitely return! This guesthouse is the only property in the area, surrounded by mountains on all sides — incredibly peaceful and quiet, far from the noise of the city. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious with large windows that frame lush greenery all around. No musty smell at all — just fresh, clean air. Breakfast was generous and satisfying, and the host was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. You can tell they really care about their guests.

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted as we parked our car in front of the hotel. The level of service continued to be extremely warm and friendly to the point of departure when they checked the road for us to leave. The location rating is more subjective. It’s very convenient as a base to explore Moganshan and doesn’t have the access complications of staying up on top of the mountain or the hustle and bustle of being in the town which gets a lot of traffic congestion. We enjoyed the seclusion and having a car it was ideal. The room was cosy with a good AC, quality accessories and a reasonable view, all appropriate for a 4 star hotel. We really liked the living and lounging areas around the grounds, where you can relax and read in seclusion. The swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was a set menu and acceptable. Overall we felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Big thanks to the staff who did everything to make our stay pleasurable.

Je me suis rendu à Moganshan le 1er mai. Comme j'avais un jour supplémentaire, j'ai immédiatement pensé à réserver une place dans le pays des merveilles dont j'ai toujours rêvé : le château nu. Heureusement, la beauté Shirley nous a aidés à nous connecter, nous a donné une introduction très détaillée et des arrangements réfléchis, a surclassé notre chambre gratuitement et a également organisé des décorations et des gâteaux d'anniversaire ! Pendant mon séjour, toutes les bonnes choses sont devenues à portée de main. Chaque membre du personnel était très sympathique et poli, me faisant me sentir chez moi ! Avant de partir, la beauté Shirley m'a même offert un souvenir de l'hôtel ! C'est vraiment une merveilleuse expérience !

Venez en vacances dans la montagne Mogan. Les champs de montagne et les forêts sont profonds. L'ouverture de la porte est pleine de verdures et de montagnes. L'environnement de la montagne est calme et guéri. Il est grand de vacances 📸 Le parc est trop jouable, les prairies extérieures, les petits animaux de ferme, les points de cartes de loisirs, les activités amusantes devraient être tout le possible, les amis devraient aller avec des visites et l'atmosphère est pleine. Le plus étonnant est le service, le processus est intime et soigneux, passionné et attentif, et il est sensé à tous les endroits. L'expérience du logement est confortable, complète et complète, manger et jouer à un point de station. C'est absolument un endroit où il est bon de se déplacer de la ville, de se détendre, de se rendre avec des amis, et d'avoir Anley pour ses amis, il sera certainement deux fois!

Moshangyin hotel is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway in Moganshan. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting, slowing down, and enjoying nature away from busy city life. The interior design is beautifully done, creating a warm and comfortable environment from the moment you arrive. The room was excellent, very cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that makes the whole experience even more special. One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well. Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.

Location was good as it is near yucun village and in turn, the moganshan scenic area. There is however a severe dearth of information on how to get up / around the moganshan scenic area, and even asking the hotel staff didn’t seem to help. Given winter, there was close to nothing to do on the hotel compound. The hotel breakfast was as bad as the other reviews made it out to be (IMO, basically unpalatable). The bathroom / room also seemed to smell of sewage (perhaps due to lack of use over the winter period). No complaints about calling a golf cart to take us around the grounds. Was quick and easy. Staff were generally helpful. Not the easiest for non-mandarin speakers. Wouldn’t be a repeat stay for me.

Le paysage est magnifique, l'atmosphère populaire est excellente, j'ai connu un sentiment de vivre sur la montagne, très unique, très confortable, la pluie n'est pas intéressante. Le service est superbe et je reviendrai la prochaine fois.
