Un agréable séjour de deux nuits pour le Nouvel An chinois. Merci à Ernest, Terry et à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux. Les repas étaient délicieux : menu chinois et petit-déjeuner. La chambre était confortable et bien chauffée grâce au chauffage au sol. Superbe vue depuis le balcon. Emplacement idéal pour des promenades dans les bambouseraies et pour découvrir les sites touristiques environnants. Possibilité de recharger facilement une voiture électrique.

Nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel et le gestionnaire de l'hôtel et sa femme ont tout arrangé parfait. Ils étaient si utiles avec tout, nous ont donné beaucoup d'idées où aller et ce qu'il faut faire à proximité et juste fait notre séjour parfait. l'hôtel est très adorable , très belle et propre chambre, une superbe piscine et un petit déjeuner délicieux.

Wow! This place was really a good choice we made when booking it on ctrip , the place decoration is super beautiful and modern , also is in a very quiet zone close to a creek and bamboo forest all around , super calm and nice . The staff was beyond friendly , attentive and professional , they made us feel like at home . And the food omg was amazing , the cuisine was Chinese but not normal Chinese , it was a local style but super natural , everything tasted super fresh and like they were using the ingredients from their farm. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a getaway from the big city , here is everything you expect from moganshan but better because the rooms were better that in my own home lol, internet worked perfect , also the showery and tv all perfect . We came by trains from Deqing and they help us arrange the driver to pick us up , highly recommend this place !

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

Un hôtel absolument magnifique ! Nous y avons passé une nuit et sommes revenus complètement ressourcés. Ce n'est pas un simple hôtel, c'est un véritable havre de paix en montagne. Notre chambre offrait une vue imprenable sur les immenses forêts de bambous, et nous nous sommes réveillés au doux clapotis de la brume matinale. L'air y est incroyablement pur et frais. Le personnel était attentionné et bienveillant. La chambre était propre, élégante et dégageait une agréable atmosphère éco-luxe. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine extérieure chauffée. L'endroit idéal pour se déconnecter de la ville, se ressourcer au contact de la nature et se revitaliser.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this villa for two nights. The service was excellent from start to finish, making us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Surrounded by mountains, the villa offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for disconnecting from the noise and stress of big cities. We all truly enjoyed our stay, especially relaxing in the hot springs and having convenient food service options available. It was the perfect place to welcome the New Year in a relaxed and joyful way. Without a doubt, we would love to stay here again and we 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Nous avons passé quatre jours et trois nuits reposants et ressourçants à la montagne avec ma famille. Le service client a ajouté WeChat et la communication a été rapide et amicale. Notre hébergement a été surclassé en villa avec terrasse, offrant une vue imprenable sur les montagnes verdoyantes, avec le chant des oiseaux et des cigales pour une tranquillité d'esprit totale. L'hôtel est situé à l'intérieur du site touristique, ce qui nous a permis de monter en voiture sans avoir à prendre la navette touristique, un avantage certain pour voyager avec des personnes âgées. En séjournant ici, il n'était pas nécessaire de redescendre en ville. Chaque matin, nous nous promenions le long du sentier pédestre du site, puis nous revenions pour lire, consulter nos téléphones ou faire une sieste sur la terrasse, une véritable immersion thérapeutique. Nous avons pris tous nos repas au restaurant de l'hôtel. Une fois, nous sommes sortis pour essayer un restaurant voisin, mais l'ambiance bruyante, les couverts en plastique jetables et les prix élevés des plats nous ont fait regretter notre choix. En comparaison, le restaurant de l'hôtel offrait un meilleur cadre et un meilleur service, nous avons donc décidé de dîner à l'hôtel par la suite. La décoration de l'hôtel est un mélange parfait de styles chinois et occidentaux, rappelant l'opulence de la période républicaine, avec des détails de qualité partout. En résumé, ma famille et moi avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous espérons y revenir au printemps et à l'automne pour admirer des paysages différents.

The room was excellent, very cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that makes the whole experience even more special. One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well. Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.
