An excellent weekend Getaway from Shanghai. Our stay in Arcadia was amazing, located in a beautiful mountain valley of MoganShan the setting was perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the food was always delicious and freshly prepared for us. We spent most of our time sat by the pool or in the Jacuzzi. It’s also a lovely spot to bring your dog, with an enclosed garden and lots of space. Definitely recommend to stay!

Great Gateway From Shanghai If you are looking for a place to rest in nature, Yunxi Designer Hot Spring Homestay is best place to stay! Starting with big rooms overviewing green heels, through spacious balcony and cosy bathtubs. The hotel has everything you need to simply rest and enjoy your time in nature. The food is absolutely remarkable, has local taste and cater to dietary needs - including vegetarians. The hosts are lovely couple who are always willing to help and provide multiple recommendations what to do around. The hot springs are next level and allow you for romantic stay in a full privacy. The cheery on top is a lovely deer who has a lot of space to enjoy and is feed with green vegetables. My partner loves to get a morning swim and pool was available for him despite our stay was after ”hot season” I strongly recommend this place, and we will for sure come back!

The personal was so nice and make sure we had a memorable experience! the menu has only Chinese food , but everything was so delicious and original from the region, definitely I’m looking forward to come back soon !

Highly recommend!!! My mother and I had an amazing time at this hotel. If you’re looking for a place to retreat, relax, read, swim, and eat delicious food, you can’t find a better place! I can also recommend it for work retreats, as they have a beautiful large room in the garden that you can use for meetings or workshops. The hotel is beautiful, inside and outside (rooms, lobby, garden, garden room, etc), with wonderful cozy spaces that are decorated with great attention to details. Everything is super clean and of great quality, including the strong showers and soft beds. The swimming pool is stunningly beautiful, with various places to sit around it. The food is delicious, both breakfast and dinner! We are both foodies and were amazed by the freshness, tastes, and varieties of the food. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating thinkable. They truly made our stay to an unforgettable experience. I’ve traveled a lot in China over the last 10 years, and this hotel is the absolute favorite I’ve stayed at.

Хозяин этого места дружелюбный и внимательный, и это классно, что персонал (ещё одна девушка тоже) говорит по английски, простые вещи мы могли обсуждать без помощи переводчика. Терасса с ванной без посторонних глаз позволила отдохнуть как на природе. Но если мне посчастливится вернуться, то в следующий раз я выберу номер с видом Понравился завтрак, хоть он и в традиционном китайском стиле, было что-то привычное: кофе с молоком. Поверьте, в Китае это редкость. Порадовали качественные детали: раковина kohler, ароматное мыло, фен dyson- это делает пребывание ещё приятней. В дУше для горячей температуры нужно подождать пока вода стечет , не пугайтесь, у меня это было минут 5-10 Наплавалась в бассейне с шикарным видом. Единственный момент-там нет полной тишины, рядом трасса, если вы ищете отдых от всех звуков цивилизации-вам надо уезжать подальше в глушь. Но зато сюда легко и быстро было добраться от жд станции на такси Спасибо этому место за такой чудесный отдых

Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Entourée de montagnes, la villa offre une atmosphère calme et pacifique qui est parfaite pour décoller du bruit et du stress des grandes villes. Nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour, surtout en relaxant dans les eaux chaudes et en offrant des options de service alimentaire convenables. Nous aimerions sans aucun doute rester ici et nous recommanderons à 100% cet endroit à quiconque cherche un parcours pacifique et agréable.

One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well. Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.
