Comprend également le petit-déjeuner ! Cela n'a coûté que 138 (la dame a eu la chance d'obtenir un surclassement de chambre gratuitement), ce qui est scandaleux ! Donnez un coup de pouce au commerçant ! Je le recommanderai à mes amis ! Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel à l'avenir ! »

« I stayed at Muse Guesthouse for six nights and it proved to be an excellent choice for my time in Kashgar.
The guesthouse has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and feels far more personal than a conventional hotel. The location is very convenient for exploring the old city, while still providing a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.
What made the stay particularly memorable was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. She was warm, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure I enjoyed my time in Kashgar. On the day I left, she even prepared a sandwich for my journey and wrote me a lovely farewell note—an exceptionally thoughtful gesture.
After six nights, Muse felt less like accommodation and more like a temporary home. I would happily stay there again and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, characterful and personal place to stay in Kashgar. »

要説酒店絕佳的地理位置，酒店距離喀什古城距離很近，日常步行或者短途打車都十分便捷，閑暇之餘隨時可以去往古城逛老街、品嚐本地特色美食、打卡特色民俗建築，周邊商超、餐飲店分佈齊全，日常生活採購格外方便，不管是白天外出遊覽景點，還是傍晚出門散步覓食都十分省心，不用花費大量時間浪費在通勤路上，對於外地遊客來説適配度極高。其次着重誇讚酒店前台服務，辦理入住時接待我的是一位身形纖細高挑、五官精緻高鼻樑的前台女工作人員，全程服務態度温和有禮，待人真誠細心。抵達當天我攜帶行李較多，她主動貼心提醒寄存行李的相關事項，對於我詢問的本地遊玩路線、特色美食、出行避坑問題都耐心細緻地逐一講解，語速舒緩有耐心，辦理入住手續高效乾脆，沒有拖沓繁瑣的流程。中途我致電前台諮詢房間相關問題，響應速度很快，溝通得體周到，處事十分專業，待人分寸感十足，沒有敷衍冷漠的態度，優質的前台服務從一開始就讓我對這家酒店好感倍增，希望酒店管理層能夠重視並嘉獎這位盡職盡責的小姐姐。再説客房內部條件，客房户型寬敞開闊，活動空間充足，不會有壓抑侷促的感覺。保潔人員打掃工作做得格外細緻用心，不止清理顯眼位置，窗台邊角、電視櫃縫隙、衞浴死角都打掃得乾乾淨淨，屋內沒有異味，通風條件良好。房間床品厚實綿軟，枕頭軟硬適中，奔波遊玩一天躺下可以充分放鬆身體，睡眠體驗很好。24小時熱水供水穩定，出水流暢，水温調節方便，衞浴配套用品品質在線。屋內空調、照明等各類設施維護完好，運行平穩沒有故障，軟裝佈置簡約耐看，整體打理得井井有條。
酒店公共區域同樣讓人驚喜，名副其實契合“空中花園”名字，露台區域設計獨具喀什本地民族特色，裝修精緻考究，綠植佈置得當，閑暇時可以在露台吹風觀景。院內環境時常維護打掃，地面整潔乾淨，整體安保管理規範，出入管理有序，居住期間安全感滿滿。酒店配套設施完善齊全，基礎設施維護及時，細節之處都能看出店家用心的管理理念。
