TTravis and ElishaWow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that.
She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met.
It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here.
Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed.
While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information.
The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate).
The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean.
Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever.

PS: when we get home I'm going to try to write up a bit about our trip on Tripadvisor because I couldn't find anything about Kashgar on trip advisor since covid, and some things have changed, so I thought it might be helpful for fellow travelers, so look for that.

Location: Très pratique. Short 10 minutes taxi Didi (10rmb) à la ville antique. Ou peut prendre le bus (2 RMB) 15 minutes. De l'aéroport Didi 15 minutes (20 RMB).
Chambre: La chambre est propre, avec WiFi rapide, aircondition très froid, lumières intelligentes et cortines.
Le personnel est très bien placé, mais ils vous accueillent, vous prennent dans leur chambre d'accueil et vous contrôlent en appréciant les fruits et/ou les snacks de noix de Xinjiang. Les services de la maison de retraite sont très intéressants et les services de la maison de retraite sont très intéressants. Le propriétaire peut parler anglais et je suis sûr que vous le rencontrerez car il est très en main et autour de tous les jours pour s'assurer que tous ses invités sont pris en charge et jouissent de leur séjour. Il est un grand gars et je crois que c'est la raison réelle qui fait cet hôtel si bon !
Quand je reviendrai à Kashi/Kashgar, je resterai certainement à cet hôtel.
Oh, il y a aussi trois chats adorables!

IInvitéThe hotel exterior was amazing, felt like we were in some sort of fairy tale. Location was fantastic too, right in the middle of the ancient city so we were in the middle of it all as soon as we woke up. Room was very clean and tidy, but the service was on another level. The breakfast was so good and had so much variety that we were full for the whole day! But the best part of our trip was Enwar, he was beyond AMAZING! his English was impeccable so we had a good time conversing and he really taught us a lot about the culture and we felt like we made a genuine friend on this trip. He took us to places after we got lost and really was an amazing human being, who also helped us get the best deals when it came to shopping as well! I wish nothing but the best for him. He also ensured we were super comfortable and all our needs were taken care of.
ONLY 2 downsides were the room didn't have any window, which was not made super clear during booking and the aircon faced away from the bed so can get a little on the hotter side but nothing too unbearable as we generally had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable. Also the private balcony was accessible by anyone living in the hotel so wasn't exactly private.

AAnoshI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

YYan SunNouvel hôtel bien situé en face de la vieille ville que l’on peut accéder juste en traversant la rue Tuman. Le principal atout de l’hôtel est le service. Le personnel est toujours disponible avec le sourire. La chambre est claire et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours pour dîner le soir.

SsabbischNous avions réservé une chambre double sans fenêtre. Il faisait donc trop chaud et nous ne pouvions pas aérer la pièce. À part cela, c'était propre, le personnel était sympathique et le petit-déjeuner était bon. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, on entend donc les gens marcher et discuter dans le couloir et on entend les voisins. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, ce n'est donc pas un bon choix.

IInvitéLe patron et sa femme étaient très polis et nous ont aidés à porter nos bagages. L'hôtel se trouve à l'entrée du quartier pittoresque de la vieille ville, ce qui le rend très pratique pour se restaurer, se loger et se déplacer. Un restaurant abordable se trouve en face de l'hôtel, idéal pour tous les types de consommation haut de gamme. De nombreuses boutiques de vêtements et de bijoux ethniques se trouvent autour de l'hôtel, ainsi que divers fruits frais du Xinjiang. L'hôtel dispose également d'une laverie libre-service gratuite et d'un espace de séchage. La femme du patron a fourni avec enthousiasme des étendoirs à linge, de la lessive et une consigne à bagages gratuite, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Cet hôtel mérite bien cinq étoiles. Je souhaite au patron et à sa famille une vie paisible et une entreprise prospère !

IInvitéLe B&B est situé dans la vieille ville de Kashgar et il y a une rue gastronomique en bas. Cependant, les véhicules à moteur ne sont pas autorisés à entrer dans la vieille ville. Si vous conduisez seul, vous devez garer votre voiture en dehors de la ville puis porter vos bagages jusqu'à votre chambre.
Équipements : Les équipements sont relativement moyens, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
Hygiène : L'hygiène est bonne et les lumières dans la pièce sont vives.
Environnement : Le marché nocturne étant ouvert jusqu'à deux heures du matin, il y a quand même un peu de bruit, mais c'est très pratique pour descendre pour manger, boire et s'amuser !
Service : Le service est chaleureux et attentionné.
D'une manière générale, l'emplacement est très bon, les conditions sont relativement ordinaires et le prix de l'immobilier n'est relativement pas bon marché.

SSukeleishengzhangliangLa chambre était très bien. J'aurais apprécié que l'emplacement du petit-déjeuner soit clairement indiqué, car il était un peu éloigné. Il faisait assez froid en hiver, et je pensais que c'était dans le même bâtiment, alors je n'ai pas mis de manteau. C'était embêtant de devoir retourner en chercher un. Cela aurait été bien si on nous l'avait dit lors de l'enregistrement.
