RRobert Chuan OoiCharming little hotel in the heart of the Ancient City. Despite the age of the building the facilities are pretty modern and comprehensive.
The owner Li Hua is ever so helpful and will do her utmost to make sure you have an enjoyable stress free stay!!

IInvitéVery clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Lacked in amenities - no normal towels provided, No couch or table to use for sitting or eating. Only the bed with one pillow per guest was provided for all your needs. Even though I personally had no use for Chinese tv , it did not have one. Even though it is a new building the large space had rather Awkward layout with toilet lack of privacy and door hitting the commode when opening more than halfway.
Great, friendly and enthusiastic staff more than make up for the physical shortcomings however. We enjoyed our space. Being a new hotel, I am sure they can use my observations constructively and improve their facilities.

IInvitéWonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!

Llee1211Je me suis réservé via Trip.com Il était hors d'attente! Près de l'aéroport de Kashi, il se sent comme un séjour à un prix inférieur. L'hôtel est propre et propre sans odeur de cigarettes. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour les voyageurs internationaux, probablement vous aurez besoin d'une application de traducteur si vous ne vous en souciez pas.

Excellent. Police et personnel responsable. Le service d'hôtel le plus satisfaisant et les meilleures caractéristiques que j'ai connue pendant le voyage à Xinjiang.
Emplacement & #160;:
C'est facile et bon marché de se déplacer.
Un magasin de confort et un restaurant musulman avec des plats de légumes sont juste quelques pas.
Environnement:
Spacieux, calme, avec parking et un petit jardin.
Amenities:
Tout ce qu'un voyageur solitaire a besoin.
Un siège de toilette automatique chauffé est un supplément.
Le contrôle de la voix pour la chambre (seulement chinoise) était impressionnant.
J'ai aimé la disposition de la salle de bains, avec l'idée de laisser des ailes anti-slip et une zone de baignade séparée.
Lave-linge gratuite (lave-linge + sèche-linge).
La salle de bains est très confortable et très confortable.
Inconvénients personnels:
Je ne trouve pas l'hôtel sous le nom ”Hotel Oriental” (traduit par trip.com).
(Section de l'aéroport de Kashgar) comme à Didi.
Aucun réfrigérateur dans la chambre, je ne pouvais pas stocker des fruits et des boissons froides pendant mon séjour d'été 4-night.
Suggestions:
- Ajouter des étiquettes aux plats de petit déjeuner pour éviter les déchets
- Les signes anglais seraient un appui supplémentaire
- Il y avait une fois les locaux parlent loud à la nuit près des chambres un signe de rappel pourrait aider.

YYan SunNouvel hôtel bien situé en face de la vieille ville que l’on peut accéder juste en traversant la rue Tuman. Le principal atout de l’hôtel est le service. Le personnel est toujours disponible avec le sourire. La chambre est claire et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours pour dîner le soir.

LLinda C. LeeWe stayed 6 nights and found the hotel very comfortable, clean, spacious. The staff were all helpful & friendly. We got to know the Manager & staff who could speak Cantonese which made it easier for us from HK to communicate. We were guided by the Manager to a nearby good restaurant We were appreciative of the welcome plate of dried & fresh fruits, nuts. The Breakfast selection was suficient with freshly made noodles, plus other hot dishes. Note that it starts from 8am which can be considered late compared to other hotels but because Xinjiang is really 2 hours behind the rest of China but they have to follow Beijing time. The free Laundry room was helpful. I did have an issue with housekeeping as on the first day the room was cleaned, the staff took my own personal toothbrush which I have been using awhile for travelling. Although it was not expensive, it has never bee taken by many of the other hotels I have used it. I informed the Manager but the next day it happened again! This time I was using the hotel's toothbush but still, guests should not have their items taken! Fortunately I locked up valueable items in my suitcase each day. Apart from this issue, we would consider staying here again when we visit again next year.

IInvitéLe prix était abordable et l'environnement général ainsi que la propreté étaient satisfaisants. Cependant, certaines chambres moins fréquentées (chambre familiale et chambre double 208) avaient une odeur de renfermé. Les autres chambres où j'ai séjourné étaient très agréables.
Le service était excellent et le petit-déjeuner particulièrement délicieux ! 👍🏻

IInvitéLe patron et sa femme étaient très polis et nous ont aidés à porter nos bagages. L'hôtel se trouve à l'entrée du quartier pittoresque de la vieille ville, ce qui le rend très pratique pour se restaurer, se loger et se déplacer. Un restaurant abordable se trouve en face de l'hôtel, idéal pour tous les types de consommation haut de gamme. De nombreuses boutiques de vêtements et de bijoux ethniques se trouvent autour de l'hôtel, ainsi que divers fruits frais du Xinjiang. L'hôtel dispose également d'une laverie libre-service gratuite et d'un espace de séchage. La femme du patron a fourni avec enthousiasme des étendoirs à linge, de la lessive et une consigne à bagages gratuite, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Cet hôtel mérite bien cinq étoiles. Je souhaite au patron et à sa famille une vie paisible et une entreprise prospère !

HHuiyouyongdeyu99L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, à quelques minutes à pied de la porte du Khan Bazaar. Lorsque vous montez les escaliers, vous verrez une forte atmosphère exotique. Assis dans le couloir doré, regardant les ventes bruyantes en bas, passer. à travers le flux. Il y a des foules infinies, mangeant des graines de melon et discutant pendant un moment, la vie est si belle, fermez la porte, l'espace devient soudainement calme, lavez la poussière de la journée et faites de beaux rêves.
L'hôtel est situé à Dongcheng, juste en face de la porte du Khan Bazaar se trouve Xicheng. Il est recommandé de faire du shopping après 6 heures. Chaque petit magasin est occupé et attend tranquillement votre arrivée.

BBlade.around.the.worldI had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels.
Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter.
The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall.
The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
