« recently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition. »

« 10/10. Je n'arrête pas de vanter les mérites de cet hôtel. Il est parfait à bien des égards. Je le recommande sans hésiter à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement près de Disneyland et DisneySea. La navette est extrêmement fiable, avec un passage toutes les 10 minutes. Je vous recommande vivement de prendre le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel. Il est délicieux et très varié. La qualité est tout simplement incroyable ! La chambre est spacieuse. Nous sommes une famille de cinq et nous y étions très confortablement installés. Un point important à souligner : le sèche-cheveux ! Mesdames, je vous recommande vivement d'utiliser le sèche-cheveux et le lisseur ReFa. Ils sont révolutionnaires ! J'ai découvert cette marque lors de mon séjour ici et je suis conquise. Si vous avez déjà utilisé un Dyson, ReFa est un concurrent de taille, voire meilleur ! Vos cheveux sèchent avec une douceur incomparable et se coiffent parfaitement. Les équipements proposés sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle. En tant que cliente, j'ai vraiment senti que tout avait été pensé dans les moindres détails. Ils proposent du nettoyant visage, du lait pour le corps, et même du sérum/huile capillaire (lequel exactement ?). Vous pouvez vous servir gratuitement, selon vos besoins. Que dire de plus ? Le personnel était tout simplement exceptionnel. »

« Excellent séjour, parfait pour DisneySea Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel choisi pour sa proximité avec DisneySea, et l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les parcs. L’hôtel est récent, moderne et très bien entretenu. Les navettes pour la gare, Disneyland et DisneySea sont très pratiques et facilitent vraiment le séjour. La chambre était spacieuse pour le Japon, confortable, parfaitement propre et comme neuve. Le convenience store au rez-de-chaussée est aussi un vrai plus. Le personnel à la réception était très agréable, avec notamment une employée parlant très bien anglais qui nous a beaucoup aidés. Très bon rapport qualité-prix au final. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel pour un séjour à Tokyo Disney. »
