Cayo Levantado Resort - All Inclusive

Nuestra estadía en Cayo Levantado Resort fue inolvidable, del principio al fin. Enfocada en el bienestar del huésped, hizo que cada día en el cayo fuera una verdadera alegría. La pequeña isla está acondicionada con enorme belleza. Las habitaciones espaciosas y elegantes, provistas de las mejores amenities, hicieron que la calidad del sueño fuera un 10. Los numerosos lugares de uso común, la playa y las piscinas son cómodos y acondicionados teniendo en cuenta los más mínimos detalles de buen gusto y confort. Capítulo aparte merecería describir las instalaciones y decoración de todos y cada uno de los espacios. La amabilidad de todo el personal es algo para destacar. Desde Hervé, a cargo de absolutamente todo y siempre dispuesto a conversar con los visitantes y a preguntar por la experiencia, pasando por nuestros simpáticos embajadores asignados 24/24, Daurelin y Marcos y por cada persona que nos atendió, todo el mundo estaba pendiente de los menores detalles de nuestra estadía. En cada lugar: restaurants y bares, spa, cada rincón de playa y piscinas, carritos de transporte, recepción, etc. me encontraba con gente amable, sonriente y siempre del mejor humor. Es difícil nombrar a todos porque, tal vez, sea injusta al olvidarme de alguno de todos ellos, que se acercaban a chequear que no me faltara absolutamente nada. Algo para destacar también: amé el concepto enfocado en el bienestar a través del diseño de cuatro caminos. Se trabajaba en todo aquello que llevara a energizar, revitalizar, relajar y renovar nuestro cuerpo y nuestra mente, haciendo foco tanto en el cuerpo como en el espíritu. Esto nos llevaba a disfrutar de una alimentación cuidada y exquisita, además de actividades de lo más variadas. La gastronomía hablaba por sí sola en los restaurants. Carey y Santa Yuca, en desayunos, almuerzos y cenas y Senda y Manaya en cenas. Natalia, nutricionista, era quien lideraba sabiamenta ese enfoque tan novedoso en los platos. Mi favorito era Santa Yuca, porque en cada menú estaba puesta la conciencia en lo super saludable. Y en los otros disfruté de la cocina fusión (Carey), de las mejores carnes, incluso las maduradas (Manaya) y de la deliciosa cocina dominicana, de la mano de los poemas de Pedro Mir (Senda). Como trabajo siempre en mi desarrollo personal, valoré muchísimo un lugar muy especial rodeado de la naturaleza más exquisita. Es en el centro de la isla y se llama Yubarta, en honor de la famosa ballena jorobada que a menudo visita la isla. Es un espacio de encuentro mágico con el yoga, la meditación y la práctica del sound healing, liderados por Carmen, una persona sensible y maravillosa que, a través de su expertise, me transmitía paz y confianza. Pasé, además, de otros momentos muy gratos. Mantuve mi rutina en el gimnasio, dotado de instalaciones de de última generación, que estaba liderado por David. Wow. That is the first word that comes to mind when thinking about my experience at Cayo Levantado. An absolutely incredible place (which looks like it's right out of White Lotus) that I was sad to leave at the end of our stay. When we were there, the resort was at somewhere between 1/6th and 1/8th capacity, which may have impacted our experience for the better, as everything was spotless and the service was extremely attentive. What makes this place special is the staff. They are all incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I have to give special recognition to many of them: Miguel at Santa Yuca who always gave us the best table in the house, had great recommendations, and helped make special accommodations for my vegetarian partner. Alan and Ariyesses were also fantastic and warm. At Jaiba, Peter and Abraham were extremely friendly, thoughtful, and provided excellent service. The lifeguard (whose name I do not have) was also great, making sure the waters were clear of jellyfish for us. At the water activities area, Guillame and the other man staffing it (I did not catch his name - I think it started with an H), took us out to some beautiful areas to snorkel and see the ocean. They made sure we were safe and provided a great guided experience. At Senda and Manaya, Alexander provided a great overview of the ethos of both restaurants while giving us short tours that highlighted the Dominican produce and cuisine in both. Deirus, who worked the bar at both Senda and Manaya, was great to talk to and made FANTASTIC drinks. Alex at Yubarta provided excellent yoga classes that made me want to take it up when I got home. Jeffri and Yoris (not sure if I am spelling that correctly) both led us through great fitness classes. The housekeeping staff had great attention to detail and left us with small Dominican-inspired gifts every night. And of course, our ambassadors, Mariela, Emma, and Yorkis, provided around-the-clock assistance and were essential for navigating and planning our stay. The resort itself is on a pristine island. During the day, locals and tourists come to enjoy the public beach. The public beach is a short walk from the hotel's private beach, which is secluded. The private beach has a wonderful view of two smaller islands right off the shore. The natural beauty of the island is truly incomparable. It is easily walkable but the resort also has golf carts to take you around at a moment's notice. The amenities are top notch. I understand that the hotel recently reopened after a complete renovation, and it is in fantastic shape. All the facilities are spotless and frequently cleaned. The interior design is noticeably excellent with a theme weaving through the whole hotel. Our room - a junior suite sea view - had a magnificent view of the ocean and was great overall. It was all you can ask for in a room: clean, well furnished, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. Their commitment to sustainability is also admirable and shines through.

Headed home from an incredible 6-night stay at Cayo Levantado in an ocean view junior suite. I found the resort via Trip Advisor a few months back when looking for a luxury all-inclusive Caribbean resort, and I am so glad I booked at this resort which I had previously never heard of. Top level reflections — the resort is incredible you should go! The service is outstanding, the scene is beyond stunning, and the value is clear with so much included from top quality food to countless activities and classes. Cayo Levantado is still gaining traction and popularity, so at the time we went in late January, they were at around 15% occupancy, which may have positively impacted our stay for the most part. The service and staff were absolutely wonderful. The ambassadors make your experience seamless by supporting you to make reservations for restaurants, classes, spa treatments and more - Yorkis, Emma, and Mariela were excellent and answered every question we had throughout our time. We saw Mariela often and each time we did she asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything more. The staff at all restaurants were fantastic but I want to shoutout Miguel at Santa Yucca who is so kind and thoughtful- each morning for breakfast he would prepare the same table we liked for us and gave special recommendations given our dietary needs. Abraham at Jaiba Bar was similarly thoughtful—he made us countless piña coladas and made sure we got our food and more at the beach. Deirus, the bartender for restaurants including Senda & Manaya was awesome— amazing at his craft and so warm. Each day, the cleaning staff came twice / day for cleaning & turn down and thought of every detail. They also left sweet little souvenirs each time they did turn down. Jeffri at the gym taught us for total conditioning (which destroyed us but probably in a good way), stretching and healthy back class, and his instructions were clear & effective. Alex at Yubarta taught us yoga nidra & yoga flow and really helped us relax through classes with a chill vibe and sensible flow. We went snorkeling with Guillane and it was perfect — we didn’t see too much in the way of sea life (saw starfish, a school of tiny blue fishes, and a few *****ed fish) but it was serene and we felt safe with him. The spa was beautiful and I enjoyed my 60minute aromatherapy massage thoroughly. I didn’t have time to use it but they do have warm and cold pools, sauna, steam room, etc. that would’ve been great to try out. Areas for improvement ~ because of the low capacity, I imagine, the resort rotated restaurant openings throughout our stay. As a result, each day you had ~2 restaurant options. This wasn’t super negative, but I think it will be even better when you can take your pick from the wider selection. I was disappointed that Palma Real, the buffet restaurant which offers many live stations, was only open on Friday for dinner. I think it would be a great breakfast buffet option and would have loved it for ano

Mr. Herve and his team of dedicated professionals did EVERYTHING to make our very special visit to CLR perfect! He is a true leader and his infectious, genuine hospitality qualities carry over to each and every member of his eager-to-please team. From the moment we ventured on our journey across the Samana Bay to Cayo Levantado, our experience was flawless, yet again. This is our ninth time on our second since the renovation. We traveled with friends and they were truly amazed. We will be returning very soon mainly because of all that was done by Oliver, Emanuel, Adrian and the Yubarta Team - Alex & Carmen. We are already planning our return and recommending the life changing experience to all. Thank you again, Mr. Herve and we will see you soon!

Absolutely stunningly beautiful place to visit ! We arrived at the reception, to our surprise the car was not allowed, instead we took a boat ride to the island! Paradise is an under statement. The property underwent went renovations with absolutely beautiful decor! Service was amazing ! The food was good ! The beach was a paradise! The public beach is actually Barcardi beach! Look for the commercial! Highly recommend Samana!! We will be back !
