Espectacular!!!

Try to avoid the hotel! Place of hell! Nice people, but mousetrap! All automated! You can’t open windows, Someone (devil?) tries to test your capacity to suffer with climatisation , which is not working properly. But your power of endurance is gratified by a decent breakfast

Was a ****** hotel. Didn't use the ****** but the restaurant was ok and the foods were tasty. Spa looks good just couldn't get a reservation as there were no service after 6pm. Some receptionists need to improve their English however they all were helpful and kind to guests.

We enjoyed staying here, a 1 night stopover on the way to Santiago, and world stay again if in the area. Room great, clean, good air con, good shower and a nice touch with a free welcome drink. Breakfast adequate and nice big car park. Points we felt a bit let down on were, a mess up with our keycard which they said they corrected but the new card wouldn’t work in the lift repeatedly and we were unnecessarily being asked to use the staff lift and then still notable to enter our room meaning we had to go back to reception etc - no real apology. We would have forgiven, these things happen, but then when requesting milk for our tea/coffee (machine in room) we were told we had to pay, and also we couldn’t take it upstairs ourselves, we had to wait for it to be delivered. This seemed inefficient and penny pinching. Breakfast service also a bit clunky with having to point at buffet rather than helping ourselves or ordering from table. Queues built up. Covid is reason but staff put their hands all over glasses, cutlery and food they served anyway ….

El servicio desde la llegada es una experiencia horrible. Llegamos el viernes en la noche después de viajar 6 hrs de partida nos recibió una persona en el estacionamiento que no nos dejaba estacionar porque no creía que teníamos reserva, su insistencia fue tan grande que hasta me hizo dudar si teniamos donde dormir, una vez verificado el check in, quiero estacionar en el lugar que me indican y me insiste que no hay estacionamiento porq esta lleno, apesar que me habian dicho que habian y me vuelve a insistir si tenia reserva. Luego todo estaba cerrado, no teníamos donde comer, las instalaciones en mantención, spa, piscina , nadie te informa esto al momento de pagar y reservar, no te llega información de horarios y mantenciones, un fiasco. Trataron de resolver y nos ayudaron con el restaurant volcano un 70. Luego todo tranquilo hasta irnos, me cobraron 30% del valor que había reservado, y más encima al momento de pagar la niña no quiso hacer lo que yo le pedí, que era Anular y generar el pago nuevamente. Y terminando haciendo un pago incorrecto, perdí tiempo, me mintió cuando le pregunte si había quedo correcto, y luego de insistir me responde con la verdad. Lamentable, no regresaré nunca más a alojar a este hotel....

Las instalaciones son de lujo pero la calidad del servicio no es del nivel para lo que uno paga, personal de aseo poco amable, internet de la habitación se desconectaba todo el rato. Caja fuerte de la habitación no funcionó. Comida del room service helada y de poco sabor. Al momento del check in la persona de recepción no explicó casi nada tuve que yo preguntarle cosas. Eso entre otras cosas.

Limpio, espacio bonito y preciso para la estadía. La piscina temperada y el spa, un sueño, queda muy retirado de cualquier servicio o almacén, así que vayan preparados. El ******, muy entretenido. En general. Una maravilla, sólo aumentaría los tiempos de funcionamiento del spa y la piscina, ya que, por ir en viaje de negocios se nos hizo complejo el tema horarios,y no había calefacción (en recepción nos dijeron que el hotel "aún estaba en verano, por eso aún no había habilitado la calefacción ") y hacía un poco de frío, pero fuera de eso, todo impecable.

Bien el hotel, lamentablemente nuestra visita con propositos deportivos no es compatible con la vida de un hotel con ******, en la noches portazos, gritos, ruidos…..
