What a great hotel, brilliant location, easy parking and great staff at reception and restaurant. Really smart rooms and comfortable lounge areas that allow you to relax. The staff are extremely helpful in advising on the city of Leon and always greet you with a smile.

We have been sightseeing in the area and reserved this Melia with great expectations. I’m afraid Mr Escarrer would be a bit disappointed. On the plus side, the receptionists were really friendly and attentive, with the right helpful attitude. We could say the same about the staff in the cafeteria. The downside was the quality of the food in the cafeteria/bar/restaurant. Frozen chips in a Melia? The chicken fingers to pick at seemed to be a chicken escalope sliced and refried, making it dry and tasteless. Perhaps the menu ought to be relooked at because the premises are really nice. The room was fine although having to go to a vending machine in the lobby to get your minibar products kind of defeats the purpose of a minibar in the room. Breakfast was adequate although not what you expect from a hotel advertised as a Melia affiliate. All on all, a “pass” thanks to the staff.

Super friendly staff, clean modern rooms, big clean garage with direct access, great buffet breakfast with plenty of gluten free etc options. Comfy beds, easy to find, I can't fault this place and it's in a lovely town with tonnes to do. 20 mins walk into town is not a problem.

Covid restrictions handled very well indeed. Staff very helpful when I needed to print UK Passenger Locator Forms - full marks In more unrestricted times, it would be easier to appreciate fully the facilities of this hotel. Restaurant closed. (covid restriction)

Great location and quiet hotel. Room was very clean and pandemic related hygiene is taking seriously. On site parking was very handy. Good breakfast and good working air-con. Fully recommended. Also close by an excellent Chinese restaurant.

The hotel is a good walk/ short drive from the city centre. It is a modern hotel with the features you would expect of a business hotel. We used the secure underground parking which was fine for our low ground clearance car. The suite was large and comfortable as was the bathroom. it was also quite. We did not eat at the hotel.

Fabulous. A great place for our stopover. Easy access by road. Used the underground garage for our car but plenty of free parking available if required. A nice walk into town where there's lots to see and do. In fact too much for a 2 night stay so we will definitely be back. Thanks to all for a friendly and very comfortable stay

Hotel habitual siempre que voy a leon, esta muy jien de orecio en puntos siendo melia gold, y las camas de las premium y la suite, son una maravilla. Siempre que podemos, usamos la suite por el jacuzzy. La semana pasada estuve con mi pareja, y muy jien todo, aunque oo algun error, la encuesta que les hice por la apo de melia, no les llego bien , y recubi un correo con explicaciones de quejas que nk habia hecho. Todo ok, personal muy amable, y servicial Es y seguira siendo mi segunda casa, en Leon
