Hôtel proche du métro et des bus beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité Il est un peu loin du centre de Madrid mais pour ma visite il est à mi chemin donc un bon compromis Attention avec les transports publics car il fait partie d'une autre zone et pour l'aéroport +3eur de plus si vous n'avez pas le bon abonnement

After checking in, I found that the room had a strong musty smell. I turned on the air conditioner and found that there was no response. When I went to the counter to report that there was no air conditioner, I was told that I had to set strong wind + minimum temperature to have air conditioning. I went back to the room and followed the instructions of the counter staff, but there was still no air conditioner (machine) Not working at all). After waiting for an hour, there was still no air conditioning, so I reported it to the counter again; the counter staff still said that the air conditioning was running, and that the air conditioning must be set to strong wind + minimum temperature. The third time I reported to the front desk that the air conditioner was not working, the front desk said that the hotel had no available rooms and suggested opening the windows to lower the room temperature.

服務非常好！前台非常貼心，酒店裡乾淨得超乎預期，東西很全。唯一的小問題是隔音不太好，建議自己帶個耳塞。

近地铁站，步行3分鐘到。 服務好，早餐太少款式，干净，空調凍。 附近有超市和餐廳。

房間大小合適，早餐口味不錯。

I agonized up to the last week before my convention pondering whether I book this hotel or my previous hotel in Barajas which is a short Metro ride to the Ifema Convention Center, or the lively and vibrant Sol located hotel. I decided to give this a try and I really was happy with my decision. The staff were great and very accommodating despite my limited Spanish (they speak English though). The place is quaint but very tidy. My room was above average the typical European size with a chiller. I would have given it an excellent rating had there been a coffee maker in my room. Breakfast was filling with good variety of choices. Outside the hotel there were 2 large supermarkets, lots of restaurants including a ramen shop, and a large outlet shopping center all within 5-20 minutes' walk radius. The commute to the Convention Center was tricky but I got the hang of it after 1 day of travel. Remember this hotel is outside the zone A so you need to get the special T ticket from the Metro, which incidentally is just a 5-minute walk away. It's an hour's trip but I just left my hotel earlier and never came late for the sessions. Overall, I was very satisfied with my 6 days stay. More than satisfied I may say!

I would have given full stars had we found some water in our room. Indeed not only the fridge was empty but we had to go downstairs to get water and pay 3 euros a bottle! Else than that the bathroom amenities are good, bed comfortable and the breakfast really good (excellent coffee).

Reservé una noche para visitar Madrid con mi familia. Después de estar todo el día fuera, llegamos a la habitación para descansar. Allí hacía más frío que en la calle porque el sistema de calefacción soltaba aire frío en vez de caliente. Acudo a recepción a notificarlo y de muy malas maneras, el recepcionista ALEX, me dice que me puede dar mantas para que me envuelva, que no hay otra solución y que él también tiene frío. Tras dos horas de continuas faltas de respeto y actitud irrespetuosa de este trabajador sin formación ni educación, nos trae una manta para los tres y un pequeño calefactor. Una hora después (más de las 11 de la noche), accede a darnos una habitación doble, en la que tampoco funciona la calefacción y en la que tenemos una cama para los tres. Una experiencia que no recomiendo a nadie. Al día siguiente hablo con Beatriz, que deduzco que el la jefa de los recepcionistas y que tiene mayor educación y gentileza que la otra persona. Me pide disculpas y ahí concluye nuestro viaje que pretendía ser de placer.

Pasamos aquí la noche de nochebuena con nuestros hijos de 4 años y 4 meses. Llegamos sobre las 6 de la tarde, al entrar a la habitación estaba helada, en recepción nos dijeron que la habitación era muy grande, que le diéramos tiempo a que cogiera calor, además del aire caliente había un radiador de luz para conseguir antes la temperatura. Nos fuimos a cenar y volvimos al hotel sobre las 2 de la mañana. La habitación seguía helada, realmente helada. Pasamos una noche horrorosa, en recepción nos dijeron que diéramos tiempo. Bajamos al desayuno al día siguiente, y las estancias del hotel todas frías, la zona del desayuno hacía mucho frío. Nuestra primera noche de navidad fuera de casa y desde luego no repetiríamos en este hotel en los meses más fríos. Las camas eran cómodas.

Estuve en este hotel hace unos 6 años y estaba mucho mejor de lo que ahora me he encontrado, sigue siendo buen hotel pero está sin reformar, tiene desperfectos en las paredes, y los muebles en el interior de las habitaciones anticuados en general, pero las camas y colchones perfectos, la cama supletoria no es un sofa-cama, es una cama con su colchón en la que se duerme muy bien, armario mueble abierto y sin luz, pero en general está bien.

Hotel bastante sencillo pero suficiente para una estancia corta. Personal de recepción muy amable y profesional. Tiene parking a buen precio. No obstante no suele ser complicado aparcar en los alrededores. No tomé el desayuno por lo que no puedo opinar sobre este aspecto.

Hola paso por aquí para contar mi experiencia en el hotel. Llegamos después de casi 14 horas viajando y decidimos hacer una escala en madrid para descansar, las instalaciones de este hotel son muy sucias, antiguas llegamos y en la nevera no había ni una botella de agua, cuando se bajo en recepción el chico dice la botella de agua pequeña cuesta 3€ y la excusa es que por la pandemia no puede reponer el agua en la habitación, cuando la pandemia fue hace 3 años, la papelera no tenía bolsa de basura, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y carecía de un higiene horrible Las sábanas sucias y las toallas manchadas. Deberían de mejorar ya que en otras partes del mundo un hotel 3 Estrella es otra cosa y es muy feo que un extrajero se lleve un horrible recuerdo de un hotel en madrid.
