Déçu. Accueil froid quand, finalement, quelqu'un parle anglais. De manière générale, vous êtes clairement là pour leur filer votre pognon et basta. Hotel faussement classe. En plus, l'hôtel d'à côté à un orchestre qui joue tous les soirs donc impossible d'avoir un peu de calme avant 23h. Franchement, je ne recommande pas du tout. Même si les chambres sont propres et confortables

The place is near bazaar and it is noisy, the bathroom was full of dampness on the shower wall and had no ventilation, the room was very small, the walls were dirty. Do not book this hotel, is terrible. The only thing good was the interior terrace, but still...

This hotel exceeded my expectations, the building is absolutely beautiful and charming, the rooms are big enough and the bathrooms new with good showers, the staff is friendly and easygoing but above all the kittens they have in the courtyard are just adorable 😍 Unfortunately could not try the breakfast due to an early departure.

An oasis of tranquility in the centre of the old town. Close to the museums, castle, lake, and Abraham's birthplace. Helpful, friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Comfortable beds in interesting rooms. Would not hesitate to book again if/when I am in Şanliurfa.

I highly recommend this hotel. The premises has a lot of character, it is located near all the famous sites, the breakfast is excellent the room is clean and cosy but most of all its the staff that makes the difference. I ran into a slight predicament and even after I left the hotel, the staff management, in particular Mr Mustafa, went out of his way to help resolve my problem. You will not regret staying here. It is definitely value for money and much more. My highest recommendation.

Stayed at this hotel for two days in June. The rooms, the staff, the service, and basically everything were lovely. The rooms have a historic feel for the bedrooms and the bathrooms have been newly renovated. The hotel itself is an old historical building which is beautifully maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and the service they provide is amazing. They drove me to my car to pick it up and bring it to their hotel. They are quick to give any service. All the amenities are in the room. And when you come out of your bedroom you have the feeling of being back in time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanliurfa.

Sanliurfa'nin merkezinde tertemiz, tam bir konak oteli arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tüm önemli yerlere yürüme mesafesinde ve otopark sorunu yok, aile olarak Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edilebilir. Odalar çok ferah ve temiz yataklar ayni şekilde cok rahat. Mehmet Emin Bey misafirleri ile çok ilgili,samimi ve yardimsever, aynı şekilde Faruk Bey de sizi evinizde hissettirecek hizmet sunuyorlar. Otel sahiplerine ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz.
