AzuLine Hotel S'Anfora & Fleming

For the price it okay but won't advise for one to spend more than a night.

When we arrived at the hotel to book in another guest was in front of us telling reception that she did not wish to stay in her room due to it being dirty. Staff told her that the hotel was full. After that great first impression, the lady at the reception desk told me would need to pay a €50 deposit for the room and that this would be refunded after my stay. The rooms are very basic, not the cleanest. The only bin in the room was a tiny sanitary bin and the staff never tended to the room once during our 5 day stay. I had to ask one of the staff members to bring us fresh towels and toilet roll as we had ran out. When we left to check out, I handed the keys to the same lady at the desk who had checked us in. I asked her for the deposit and she told me to tap the card machine. She told me that it had gone through and we left. I noticed a few days later that the money had left my account rather than gone back in and so I emailed the hotel. They replied telling me that our rooms were left in a mess and took lots of time to clean and therefore we would not receive a deposit. The rooms were left in the condition that they were in when we arrived apart from some water bottles and the towels on the floor. The lady at the reception had lied to us and then she had lied to her manager too. I urge anybody staying here to double check and get receipts for any transactions. Terrible service and dishonest staff.

it makes me so angry when i read the latest reviews on the SAnfora fleming hotel.i have stayed in this hotel for the past 8 years .the staff are brilliant .some have changed but the majorityare still there.last year i lost my wallet in the hotel when i retured this year the manger had my wallet with all its contents waiting for me. so trust is not an issue .i do agree it can be noisy but its ibiza i would have no problem returning to this hotel next year.if you cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen thanks SAnfora fleming for a brillant 2 weeks POWERFULL

Positives - air con does work, hotel was clean, pool was clean, staff were polite and helpful didn’t eat here so couldn’t tell you about the food Negatives - room is very basic, no kettle, no fridge, no furniture to sit on the balcony. 3 people sharing in a room and my bed was a mattress on a bit of wood on the floor. My biggest issue was the drug use around the pool it was very obvious and not hidden at all. Boys waving ******* around and doing it in the pool all shouting about how they have another bag. At 10am in the morning we went down to the pool and a boy was in the smaller pool doing ******* it was absolutely crazy and the fact they didn’t even hide the fact they were doing it. For a hotel who say they take drug use very seriously you definitely need to be watching around the pool.

Staff were great, cocktails were nice, rooms were as described and the AC in the rooms was a lifesaver! Definitely targeted for a younger market and you will hear music blasting all day but we loved it :) It would've been nice for the balcony to have seats to enjoy getting ready/relaxing on there, but other than that everything was great! Our only peeve was the time it took to check-in. Our flight had been delayed by about 4 hours and so by the time we reached the hotel it was around 1am. Luckily we had no events booked, however it did take a while for the groups in front of us to finally be checked in, as well as us.

We have just got home from a 4 night stay here and it was a great hotel to use as a base,the room was cleaned to a high standard everyday and staff were friendly,the hotel was full of younger people and there was quite a lot of noise but it never put us off,i am 50 but never felt out of place.as long as you go with an open mind you will be fine.the tony Christie and soft cell songs coming from some guy on the next door but one balcony was great too so if you are reading this Thankyou.
