I stayed here during my holidays in Ibiza. Let's start with the goods: the rooms are clean with a nice balcony, the beds are very comfortable and they offer both a soft and a hard pillow the breakfast is continental and offers a variety of options, the lobby is super cozy, minimalistic and simple; the hostel is 10 minutes on foot from the city center (San Antonio) and from the bus station. Unfortunately there are some flaws: we arrived and our room wasn't ready yet (eventhough the check-in time was 2 hours prior our arrival), my pillow had a stain on it, the bathrooms are small and the shower door continues to open while showering; the worst thing are the super thin walls, making quite hard to sleep if someone talks in the other room (they do offer you a sleeping kit though).

Fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable and welcoming! Me and 5 friends stayed and had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Really helpful staff. I am coeliac and needed gluten free items for breakfast in which they were extremely accommodating with lots of options!

I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel and will never be staying here again. The primary reason for this is the rudeness of the manager, and the scamming nature of the facility. I stayed here with my friend, and halfway through our seven night stay we got a knock on our room door at around 4pm after just having woken up from a nap. It was the manager telling us to keep our voices down as there was a sick woman next door. Although we had already been speaking at a borderline whisper due to having not long been awake, we did not complain and continued to oblige. Two days later we got another knock at 1pm to demand we come downstairs, and we’re told our card had been charged €200 for noise related issues. When complaining about this (futile since the money had already been taken by the time we were informed) we were directed rudely to the hotel rules. Talking during the daytime did not violate hotel policy. We were not loud in any other way during our stay, our speaker broke on the first day so we did not even play music for the entire duration we were there, plus we were out most days and nights. The next day we went downstairs on time to check out and I was threatened by the manager and told not to even think about trying to claim my money back from my bank, or leave a bad review. I told him I would do what I pleased and he continued to follow me all the way upstairs and around the pool shouting at me aggressively. I was alone and as a female I felt extremely intimidated by this. I went to get my friend and he continued to threaten me, and tell us he was going to call the police. In addition to this we did not have working plumbing for the entire time we were there. Almost every day our toilet blocked, and our shower overflowed twice and partially flooded our room. The pool was full of bugs and was not swimmable for most of our stay too. We have since read reviews and it seems that the managers behaviour is common and he has threatened people, followed them round the hotel, and harassed them before. We also saw people describe incidents of being locked out of the hotel for days at a time without access to their belongings. Worst experience, will never return here and recommend nobody else does either.

friendly, cute and modern oase in the party-zone! but qiet! a nice place to stay! and the whole team is NICE! the breakfast is fine and worth it! we were soooo positive surprised, because we expected a cheap and simple place! but only the money-part was „cheap“ - but the whole hostal is a nice HOTEL!

The staff of Can Beia is so friendly, we really enjoyed or stay! Our rooms got cleaned daily and the breakfast is delicious! There is a nice and clean swimmingpool and the room looks really dreamy. Perfect.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel and on our second day decided to visit the hotel pool. We borrowed towels from the room, ensuring that this was okay by first asking a young male staff member. We of course did this with the intention of returning them, because who on earth would want to keep a communal hotel towel? During this time, housekeeping came to clean - replenishing the missing towels. The next morning was check out and we decided to visit the pool before our evening flight. I was cornered by a male and female staff member accusing my friend and I of stealing towels and leaving them at the beach. They told me that the cleaner counted missing towels, I told them the accusation was straight up ridiculous. We had literally RETURNED the used towels and were currently in a basket in the room. Feeling humiliated, I completed the check out and joined my friend at the pool. Not ten minutes later, the same man comes over with the most hostile attitude, alerting us that we had to pay a fine for missing towels or leave. He was determined to push this narrative that we were thieves and was extremely accusatory in doing so. After quite the heated interaction with this man, the staff finally decided to CHECK the room… as in, they literally didn’t even check to see if we had returned the towels before. This idea had strangely never crossed their minds before. I mean, I am more than understanding of a hotels frustration with constantly needing to replenish missing towels but come on, straight up accusing someone of stealing is ridiculous and humiliating. Once they realised their mistake, they were fairly apologetic and brought us a basket of snacks to apologise. For the lack of professionalism, hostility, and poor communication between staff members, I strongly urge you to find somewhere else to stay in San Antonio. But if you have to, save yourself the aneurysm and bring your own bloody towel.

Stayed 4 nights in august with my husband and friends. Fantastic location - right next to the shops/bars and a few mins walk down to the port. Surprisingly quiet given where it’s situated, had (very welcome) aircon and our room was clean and light. Staff were friendly and professional, overall nice decor. Didn’t try the breakfast nor the lunch sandwiches you can order. Paid for parking which was a couple of streets away - ropey car park to get in and out of (both a bit tricky/tight to navigate and also the car park exit door was stuck halfway shut). However the hotel surpassed my expectations and would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a good place for your stay in Ibiza, this place is your place. Nice people and beautiful rooms (new and clean) with a comfortable pool in the court. Far away from the noisy Eivissa (which is a plus) and at half hour time by car from the most beautiful benches. Next to the Port and at only 5 minutes from the sunset seeing best known site (Cafe del Mar). Highly recommended.

Beautiful hostel. Great Value for money. Nice and simple decoration - good room size - small bathroom but clean and bright. Near to great restaurant - good location to go on daily boattrips. Staff very friendly. All good. Can highly recommend, if you want to have a simple stay without lots of gigi.
