Alta Mare by Andronis

Our stay at Alta Mare was bliss! the staff and service went above and beyond to make our honeymoon extremely special and help in any way they can. Our room was beautiful and had a jacuzzi cave with an incredible view which was perfect to relax away from the tourists at times. Delicious breakfast served every morning on the balcony to wake up to. We had access to the other Andronis pools and restaurants which was also great, and the staff help to set up any of those reservations. thank you for making the end of our Greece trip so special!

The best hotel in Oia! The staff are the sweetest kindest people nothing is too much to ask. Their attention to detail is amazing! From kind notes to books I may like in my room. We are always greeted with a smile. It’s our 3rd time back to this amazing hotel and won’t be our last. Martin is absolutely great and we can’t thank him enough for always making our stay incredible! The rooms are stunning! You can’t beat the view of the caldera. Highly recommended if you are look for 5 star treatment in intimate beautiful setting.

Picturesque hotel with amazing views. We was in room Elen, very private, excellent view of the Caldera and with the sunshine all day. The team were amazing and extremely helpful. Always on hand with any help needed. I would highly recommend the hotel

Not only was the location perfect with the perfect view from our suite but the staff were the most welcoming and warm people you could meet. The hotel exceeded itself on lots of levels especially the delicious breakfast served everyday, the cleanliness of the room…and above all else their thoughtfulness in helping us celebrate my birthday and our anniversary by giving me flowers and two cakes for each occasion with handwritten cards expressing their best wishes to us. Would definitely go back in a heart beat. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay very special.

Stop looking at reviews for hotels for Oia, and book Alta Mare by Andronis!!! Take it from a Type A planner who did tons of research before my vacation to Greece - stop searching and book this hotel. My husband and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our very belated honeymoon and the hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. This is honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and I travel fairly often and typically stay at nice hotels. The staff were kind and extremely responsive. They were available by WhatsApp, and seamlessly and quickly helped arrange taxis and reservations. The room itself was beautiful, with nice extra touches including a pillow menu, huge closet with a large full-length mirror, complimentary bottled water (you can't drink the tap water in Santorini), and more. The breakfast delivered to your room every morning was delicious. I am gluten-free and they were incredibly accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's right by everything in Oia, but still feels very secluded and romantic. You're a 2-min walk from the bus stop if you'd like to explore Santorini. Another HUGE plus is that you get access to the other beautiful Andronis properties in Santorini. The Andronis Arcadia is a quick 10-minute walk and the staff made us reservations for sunset drinks, massages, and a pool day at the property. We were treated so well at this sister property and it was nice to experience another hotel.

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon. The staff are all so nice and welcoming! From helping carry our luggage from our drop off point, to arranging a taxi transfer at 1:00am from a local town. Panos was incredibly helpful sending us multiple recommendations for not only Santorini but Paros, our next island location. My husband is deaf and the staff were very open to help communicate the best way possible since the accents made it difficult for him to lip read. The breakfast brought to your room was exceptional! They made the whole process of ordering breakfast the night before very easy. The location in Oia is prime! It is easily accessible to the bus station. Overall, we had a 10/10 experience!

Excellent view and experienced staffs. This is the only hotel that makes us wanting to come back to Oia every year. Only the thing is their food needs improvement. Breakfast pancake was reheat of frozen food and coffee did not taste much, otherwise had a wonderful time again. Thank you.
