Avis : Sanya Bay Phoenix Island Dream Chasing Sea Hotel

J'ai eu la chance de vivre ici après que l'hôtel que j'avais réservé ait été annulé pendant le vol pour Sanya. Ce n'est pas un endroit où je logerais habituellement, mais il a fait l'affaire - il m'a accueilli. Il s'appelle Sky-View mais on m'a donné le 7e étage. Les murs sont si fins que j'ai pu entendre les voisins et leurs enfants bruyants pendant les 5 nuits que j'y ai passées. L'enregistrement a été un cauchemar. On m'a déposé dans un bâtiment, emmené dans un autre pour m'enregistrer, puis emmené dans un autre pour rejoindre ma chambre. Les clés de la chambre n'étaient pas disponibles lorsque je suis arrivé à ma porte, j'ai donc dû attendre, bagages et tout. Le Wi-Fi était extrêmement instable le troisième jour. Les oreillers étaient si fins que j'ai dû utiliser le coussin du canapé comme auxiliaire.

Very good overall. Hotel staff are nice. But the activities of the package they show are expired or something. Once you're there, they tell you you have to pay for what you thought would be included, maybe they need to update the packages they offer here.

Disappointing Stay – Not a Resort Experience This place is advertised as a resort, but it lacks any resort-like vibe or amenities. There were absolutely no services provided. The room was in terrible condition—we found clipped toenails and hair on the pillow (unfortunately forgot to take a photo). The lights were flickering, the bathroom and shower were dirty, and the faucet handle was broken. The pool closed early, which was frustrating. Worst of all, the location was inconvenient—we had to leave the island just to find decent food. If you're hoping to explore or enjoy local spots, this is not a good place to stay. It was very disappointing overall.

Very comfortable room. Staff is supportive and nice. The sea view is awesome. Highly recommend for comfortable family stay. 😊😊

I always thought it would be cool to stay on Phoenix Island so I booked a room for my friend and I. I’ve got to say the rooms were gorgeous and the view from the balcony did not disappoint. The rooms were huge for a solo traveler and very clean. As a foreigner there was some confusion where the main desk was and how to get to the room from there so that part of the service could be better. They will try to sell you a package for snorkeling, yacht ride and so on but that’s just a tourist trap. The heart of the city is just a 15-minute taxi ride away. Overall this was a very good hotel and I had a very pleasant experience. It’s a great vacation that I’d highly recommend!

Pretty good except for room on level 3

Old hotels , it’s my first time here .

The apartment is not cleaned and not maintained properly. The balcony door is broken, the chair/sofa at the balcony is extremely dirty and soiled. Sofa and other furniture are also looked old and wear and tear kind of condition. No spoon or butter knife is provided.

We booked two deluxe seaview rooms, which were comfortable and clean. The staff at check in were friendly and helped us with translation. We extended our stay here. Nice and relaxing with a lovely pool.

This hotel located at phoenix Island, phoenix island have 5 buildings looks same, we stayed in D building our hotel run by a small group hotel. All swimming pool without water 2star type The same island have phoenix resorts which run by professional hotel group with outdoor swimming pool, We are not allowed to enter in that pool, that’s only for phoenix resorts customers,

Internet services was bad, after requesting to fix, service was done next day,

Room on the 12th floor having very nice terrace with great view on the sea! The room itself though needs a renovation - e.g. scratched or dirty walls, broken tiles under the shower, lose towel hooks. Outdoor pool at our building was unfortunately closed so I cannot give any opinion on that.
