Je suis très pointilleux sur la sélection des hôtels. Je dis que cet hôtel était excellent pour le prix que j'ai payé, la vue, le service, le petit-déjeuner, le personnel ; ils ont fait de leur mieux pour répondre à mes besoins. Certains membres du personnel parlaient anglais, juste assez pour communiquer sur les besoins essentiels. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est un établissement non-fumeur, même si je suppose qu'ils ne pouvaient pas contrôler chaque chambre. La première chambre qu'ils m'ont fournie était piquée par une odeur de cigarette. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre et ils ont immédiatement changé de chambre. La nouvelle chambre n'avait aucune odeur et mon séjour a ensuite été parfait. Le lit était confortable et le ménage était bon. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Le personnel était très attentif. Je reviendrai certainement ici si je visite Sanya.
