Avis : Hotel Forza Sapporo Station

I had a pleasant stay here. The location is very central—just a 5 to 7-minute walk to Sapporo Station. There’s a Lawson nearby, and buses to the Sapporo Beer Factory and outlet mall are right across the street. Many other attractions are also within walking distance. The room and building appear to be quite new. Complimentary coffee and drinks are available on level 2. My only issue was a musty smell coming from the toilet.

Excellent position, good amenities, no difficulties to communicate(the staff are quite good at English), quiet and clean environment. It turns out to be a wonderful choice

Checked in at 930pm as we arrived at airport late. The check in was through machine but was assisted by the staff. The room that I booked was a triple room. Three beds were available in the room. The room was located at 19th floor. Room was quite small and basically there was very little floor space for the suitcases and we had to use the small couch at the end and also the “corner” space to half open the suitcases. Bathroom was ok with the bathing, wash basin, and toilet all separated. Was also surprised that there was only a small window at thr back of the center bed. We included the breakfasts and the spread was excellent. My mum said the breakfast suited her taste. There are food for everybody. See the photos. There were washers and dryers at the 2nd level, the same floor as the reception. The cost is 200yen for the washer and 100yen for the dryer, which are really cheap compared to other hotels. Other than above, there was no other mentionable amenities. The best thing is probably its central location.

Stayed at Froza Sapporo Station Hotel and was genuinely impressed. Although it's officially a 3-star hotel, the facilities, room condition, and breakfast are easily on par with a 4-star standard. The breakfast spread was especially remarkable — lots of variety, consistently well-stocked, and presented neatly even towards the end of breakfast hours. Special thanks to the gentleman managing the breakfast corner, who was highly professional, attentive to food quality, and served guests with great courtesy. The location is also super convenient, making it a great base for exploring Sapporo. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel was great. Within 5 mins walk from Sapporo station, nearby has plenty of eatery and convenient stores. Also nearby to attractions like Tower Clock, TV Tower, Odori park etc

We really enjoyed our stay in Forza Sapporo. Location was great - near Sapporo Station and a short walking distance to Odori Park and Susukino. Room was spacious and clean. Really appreciate the separate toilet and bath, plus the great shower with its strong water pressure and multiple shower head options. Check-in and check-out was fast, efficient.

Hotel was ok, they did not thoroughly clean the toilet as we still see water stain. As for amenities, could be improved, there were no shower caps. Packet Coffee sticks in room was not replenished. Some days shampoo and laundry bags not replenished as well. Coffee machine and wine bar was great. Please speak English to your foreign tourist , we don’t understand you at all

Hotel provides free welcome drink can choose from the machines. I really like the location very convenient.

A charming hotel with nice lobby in a good location. My family stays in 2 rooms for 3 nites, unfortunately I forgot to request for connecting rooms, but we were given a few rooms apart in the same floor. They have a small sitting area in the room, so it’s cozy, they also provide 2 bottles of mineral water each day. They also provide pijama for each guest. Amenities is to collect in the lobby. Upon check in, guest were given voucher to redeem complimentary welcome drink of wine & sake, we can dispense those by submitting the voucher to staff in reception area in exchange for a dispensing card

Excellent stay as usual in Forza. Room was huge, clean and location was wonderful. Will definitely be back again when I visit Sapporo.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, room was made neat and tidy by daily housekeeping service, location was very convenient as well since it is close to the Sapporo station and to a 7 Eleven. Will definitely choose this hotel again when going back to Sapporo

The hotel was fine except for the smell in the bathroom. There was an awful odour of mildew as soon as the bathroom door was opened.

Overall, the hotel itself provided a good experience. However, there’s room for improvement in customer service and cleanliness on Level 1. The staff seemed to have a "hate their job" attitude, which affected the service quality. Additionally, there was a persistent smell of urine on Level 1 whenever entering or exiting, which was unpleasant.
