The Helaina

環境看上去一般房間對於中國人來説的確是比較小的不太能兩個人一起住 一開始定酒店的時候也沒有任何提示可以選房間最後分配到了一個景超級差的房間 我覺得在英國來説房價是不錯的 但是如果想住豪華一點的酒店還是花多點錢吧

Stunning! So clean, excellent bedding, great location, such friendly, hardworking staff, perfect breakfast too. This is our 3rd or 4th visit and this time had Apartment 4. We loved the view, especially sunrise and sunset. Great position for getting about too. Parking has never been a problem either.

My husband and I booked a last minute stay over the Easter bank holiday weekend. The guest house itself is in a really good location, with fantastic views of the beach/sea, and only a 10 minute walk to the town centre area or peasholm park. There is parking outside the hotel and around the surrounding areas, and despite visiting on a bank holiday weekend there was ample parking available close to the guest house. The guest house is furnished with good quality fixtures and fittings. Our bedroom (room 6) was beautifully decorated, small but very comfortable and very clean. We paid for breakfast and we were not disappointed. We found the breakfast items to be of great quality, both the hot & cold items. Staff were also really friendly. Overall a very good guest house that we would be happy to recommend.

Lovely few days. Apartment was exactly what we wanted and had everything we needed with a nice cosy homely feel. Also good location, everything we wanted was walking distance. Well worth paying for sea view, we could sit in the warm watching the waves for hours.

Fantastic little gem 💎...... Staff were very helpful and friendly, room was spotless, comfy bed, furnished beautifully, sea view was amazing, breakfast was plentiful and perfect. We will definitely be back !!!

Nothing better than amazing we arrived and were welcomed with a warm greeting everything explained and could preorder our cooked breakfast for the morning,shown to our room a little different to what we expected but none the less comfortable and well presented,if I'd realised how close to the sea we were I would have booked for a sea view but there is always next time as we would most definately stay again, found a lovely Chinese restaurant just around the corner have some lovely sea air strokes and then retired to bed for the best night's sleep. Came down for breakfast nothing too much trouble had a table set with sea view just perfect can't fault the amazing breakfast and the best huge pot of coffee we will certainly return worth every penny

I’ve stayed at this lovely B&B on three separate occasions now. The welcome is always friendly, the rooms well appointed and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. They have a lovely lounge with an honesty bar where you just help yourself in the evening.

We go every year and stay in the Helaina Apartments. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Most of the apartments have the best sea views ever which is why we love going so much. The staff and the owners are lovey people who do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable and nothing is too much trouble! This is a place I really enjoy going to, even went 4 times this year! Will be back next year and looking forward to it already!

This is not a 5 star hotel, We were charged £3 for parking but it said £2 on the website. We had room 6 it should be no more than a small single, you struggle to walk past the bottom of the bed and if you sit in the chair it blocks the bathroom door. The bathroom is in need of updating and fast, the shower is that poor you struggle to wash the shampoo out of short hair let alone long. There are screws sticking out the wall where a shelf once was, the lever on the shower has no hot or cold on it and the shower doors do not close properly. The sink is very low and had a large crack in it. The handle on the fan was broken ( which would be a very easy 1 screw fix). I do not like having to choose what I want to eat for breakfast the night before and you have to tell them what time you are going down for breakfast, I do understand the dining room only seats so many but if you did fancy a longer snooze then its tough luck. On the upside the 2 staff we did meet were very nice and polite. I am sorry to say but 2 nights for £325 we will not be returning.
