The night market concert on Friday night was very, very, very loud. It was like an orangutan howling with very bad bass. It's 12 o 'clock at night and they're still going on...

Overall the stay was quite enjoyable, however I was deeply disappointed by the cleanliness of the overall hotel. Albeit the good reviews, there were articles of rubbish all over the room and overall not clean which was quite unsettling.

A little bit of walking distances from eateries. Bazaar Karat right opposite. Very nice view. Room is very spacious. (Feels a bit empty 😅) Wifi isn’t working properly. Overall a pretty good stay for the price. Better cleanliness with good security as an access card is required to enter the hotel lobby.

Water on shower is also flowing to main toilet making the whole flooring flooded.
Aircon not strong enough,given that my room has ceiling fan,its still not the cold i wanted it to be. Adjust aircon to 16 plus ceiling fan,i still can sleep without my comforter to warm me.

Toilet has water leaking from a pipe near the door. Room was dusty. Walls are dirty. Bedsheet has stain.
Was given a old key card holder upon check in and it was a red flag to us.

I booked this hotel because the reviews are excellent but it was to my great disappointment that I’ve to change room twice due to:
1st room: Found **** on the toilet bowl and it was so disgusting that i did not manage to take a photo. We were given a new room immediately. The attendant did not even check on the toilet and told us will inform house keeping bout it.
2nd room: No warm water from the shower. Heater is obviously not working but the attendant asked us to let the water running for 15mins and it will get hot water after that. How wasteful! Even after 15min the water is still cold and we were given another room to change.
3rd room: Again the WC cover has **** stain on it! Reception no longer answering the call we guess because it’s after 12am already and we were just too exhausted to change room anymore! The room is on the top floor and it was hot like oven! Aircond is not cold enough and we have to sleep without the blanket.
Will never go back again!
