Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel Manager and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Enjoy my stay at Hotel the Grang. Information was given very well, the hotel room was cozy and nice. Really recommend it if you are planning to come to Jeju, the hotel Manager and staff always greeted us once we came in and asked us about our day

Grand hotel lobby with a big sitting area. Jay and Bruce are always around to help us to valet the car and help us with any questions we may have. Rooms are very clean and most importantly beds and pillows are really very comfortable for a good night’s rest! Breakfast is fine for the price, to get your day started! Clean washers and dryers are also available for guests use for a small fee.

The hotel owner, Mr. Jay is handsome and welcoming our arrival.
Waited us to check in late night. Room is clean and bright.
Even gave us free umbrella during rainy days.
VERY RECOMMEND FOR ALL !

Staying at Hotel the Grang Seogwipo during our trip to Jeju was an absolute delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there, especially the exceptional service provided by the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Jay, who went above and beyond to recommend things when we were uncertain. Don't hesitate to ask him for recommendations during your stay!

I had a pleasant stay! The manager was very attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. To our surprise, we were offered a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful touch. While the room was fairly comfortable, what stood out was its cleanliness.
Location-wise, it’s close to several eateries which was convenient for meals. Overall, a good experience. Would definitely recommend.

Good location. 10 min walk to Olle market and other food streets. Sr. Lin is very nice and professioal for hotel service. Room is ok.

Thumbs up to the hotel manager. He welcomed us when we arrived in our car, the valet immediately took over the car and parked for us and he spoke such good mandarin too.
Good sense of humour and immediately made us at ease.
Always greeted us the 2 mornings we had breakfast and gave us tips on where to go etc.
Very helpful staff too. Rooms are clean and nicely designed. Big enough for 2 luggages.
Reasonable rates. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Newish hotel and everything was clean and working well. Breakfast was good. Near food streets. Value for money. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend. Big shout out to Jay, the informative manager/owner.
