Avis : Hotel Rest Seogwipo

Assez spacieux, l'hôtel dispose d'une cuisinière et d'une machine à laver. L'emplacement est bon, à distance de marche du marché et de nombreux restaurants. La nourriture halal est très difficile à trouver, nous avons donc fini par acheter des fruits de mer prêts à cuire et les avons cuisinés nous-mêmes.

·Inconvénients : La porte du lave-linge est contre la porte des toilettes, ce qui rend l'entrée et la sortie très gênantes. Il fait humide, il n'y a pas de système de déshumidification, il n'y a pas de climatisation, l'environnement est collant, le les cintres sont aussi gras, il n'y a pas d'insonorisation, la route est très bruyante, et j'entends les bruits d'à côté et de l'étage, le lit n'était pas propre, il y a eu des piqûres, la chambre était vétuste, il est recommandé de rénover. , c'était plein de poussière, le problème des moustiques était grave, au moins 4 ont été vus, il y avait évidemment des fenêtres grillagées, mais il y en avait encore le lendemain après la prise de la photo, beaucoup de piqûres, les démangeaisons sont mortes ! · Avantages : Pas cher, il y a une machine à laver dans la chambre et le personnel est sympathique.

Booked this hotel solely based on TWO REASONS: 1) There is a picture showing a washing machine INSIDE THE ROOM 2) “Mountain View” stated CLEARLY as a feature of the room type I have selected. When we arrived we got neither the Washing machine INSIDE THE ROOM nor he mountain view. I did a quick check on the rooms on the same floor and found other one of them has a front loading washing machine within the room. But the front desk insisted that based on my booking I am not entitled to either feature BECAUSE IN OUR BOOKING DETAILS INSIDE TRIP.COM app these were not stated as a room feature , EVEN THOUGH “MOUNTAIN VIEW” is clearly stated! I challenged him that it is clearly stated in trip.com but he hurriedly said "sorry once you've used the room we won't change it for you". Such disgusting service attitude! I crossed check in the trip.com app again and I was shocked to find that for this hotel "MOUNTAIN VIEW" was stated in EVERY ROOM TYPE. So I raised a dispute with Trip.com but guess what? TRIP.COM threw me under the bus and said "oh the property owner can't speak Korean so we will get a Korean speaking colleague to check.", After which we received a disgusting reply saying "you have Washing machine use on reception level and your room has a window" That's it. And to make it worse, they do not provide bath towels, only hand towels. Absolutely disgusting hotel service and an equally disgusting, dishonest service from trip.com! They don't understand it isn't the point of whether I need the washing machine or the mountain view, it is the pure dishonesty in the way they have conducted themselves that made me unhappy. Ps: other obvious stupidy of the room amenities, we are given acooking hob that was installed the wrong way; the hob was orientated such that the control knob is on the inside. Shows a lot of wrong going on with this hotel. I won't recommend this to anyone at all, there are better choices around within short walking distance!

Good to stay at seogwipo area. Close to many hot spot near seogwipo area. Cheap and affordable

It was such a pleasant stay in Hotel Seogwipo. The location is convenient and it’s a budget friendly hotel. Also, the staff in the reception is really accommodating! Kudos to this hotel!

Good and connvenient location, helpful staff. Parking is limited but there is free overnight parking at the nearby garage. room is clean and good for a solo traveller. However, the walls are rather thin? I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. they also only provide 2 small towels, no normal / large towel. The aircon also does not work during winter (nov-mar) so i had to open the windows but it’s fine.

A few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

Generally ok. Parking lots are very limited and space per lot is pretty tiny and you will have difficulty parking if your vehicle is big. Basic and inexpensive breakfast that requires your contribution in frying eggs, toasting bread and washing of utensils after use. Overall interesting experience.

The hotel is well located. Close to a couple of bus stops. Next door there's 7/11. The breakfast is self service, simple and not expensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided me with a mobile phone charger. The WiFi was good and the smart key system is very convenient.

Room facilities are slightly run down, but don’t affect stay :) good for travellers who are looking for short-term & budget overnight stays.

非常推薦的一家酒店。地理位置優越 房間乾淨整潔 還可以洗衣服 去周邊景點方便 近偶來市場 6分鐘距離 工作人員英語很好 讀物很好 還可以去橘子咖啡廳拍照打卡（公交就到）

房價便宜cp值高，空間還可以床好睡，房內有冰箱洗衣機，唯獨那台裝飾用電磁爐打壞計畫（原本要自己下廚的），一樓有停車位先到先停，櫃檯人員人還不錯有問題都能幫忙，散步5分鐘就能到西歸浦偶來市場囉！

화장실에서 담배 냄새가 났었고 세면대가 막혀서 물이 잘 내려가지 않아서 불편했습니다. 방에 모기는 어찌나 많은지 잡아도 잡아도 계속 나와서 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 모기 지옥이 아닌가 싶었습니다. 매일 수건과 생수를 구비해 주는 건 마음에 들었습니다.
