Avis : Hotel Peyto Samseong

Je l'ai utilisé lorsque je suis allé en Corée pour la première fois. J'ai choisi cet hôtel après avoir lu les critiques des autres. Même si ce n'était pas toujours le cas, il y avait un membre du personnel qui parlait japonais. Les installations étaient moyennes, mais la seule chose qui m'a déçu, c'est que je voulais un port USB. C'était très gênant car je n'avais qu'une seule prise de conversion avec moi. Il m'a fallu du temps pour recharger mon smartphone, mon WiFi et ma batterie, qui sont tous essentiels à l'étranger. L'emplacement était très bon. COEX est juste en face de nous, la gare de Samseong est à proximité et l'arrêt de bus limousine pour l'aéroport d'Incheon est également à proximité, donc c'était vraiment pratique. Fortement recommandé à ceux qui vont en Corée pour la première fois.

L'emplacement était vraiment bon - peut-être à 5-7 minutes (ou moins) à pied de la gare de Samseong (COEX), qui est idéale pour faire du shopping, manger et également proche du quartier de Gangnam. Il y a un 7-11 et un Macdonalds juste à côté, donc c'est extrêmement pratique pour prendre des collations ou des repas de fin de soirée. J'y suis resté seul pendant 2 nuits et je n'ai eu aucun problème. Généralement assez calme. La chambre était très propre aussi, la climatisation était super et le ménage était bon. Je suis arrivé environ 2 à 3 heures avant l'enregistrement et j'ai également été autorisé à m'enregistrer plus tôt.

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel! Within walking distance to the Coex mall and Coex airport limousine station! The staff here were all nice and glad that the hotel loaned out umbrellas to hotel guests, especially due to the rainy season! Would definitely be back for my next trip!

Some restaurants at the alley behind the hotel, McDonald is next door, big shopping mall opposite hotel.

The hotel was nice overall as it was near the mall, train station and wholesome and heartwarming food however the only downside for me was the soundproofing whereby I got woken up by noises from upstairs such as dragging suitcases, opening/closing doors and footsteps.

Conveniently located for those desiring to be close to COEX (Korea Exhibition Center). 10-min walk and across the street, one reaches the COEX entrance The Samseong Station (Green line) is about 10-min walk too. Buses, including to/from Incheon Airport are also 2-min walk from the hotel.

Location is excellent, right across of the COEX mall, elevator took a bit long sometimes, the AC was really loud, squeaky noise when it turns on and off, bed was a bit stiff but service really great, I got an umbrella when it was rainy from my departure. Overall would recommend this again.

Overall considered a nice place to stay if travelling alone! Nice location. However the toilet made a huge and long lasting sound when I use it, I guess the water flow issue? Not a big problem tho

L “Great location in Gangnam, but pillows disappointing” We stayed at Hotel Peyto Samseong in Seoul and overall it was an okay experience, but with some drawbacks worth noting. Location: The location is excellent. The hotel is right in Gangnam near COEX Mall, very close to Samseong subway station, and just across from shopping and dining options. Having a 7-Eleven on the ground floor was very convenient for picking up drinks, snacks, and basic amenities anytime of the day. For business or leisure, this is one of the most convenient areas in Seoul to stay. Room & Comfort: The rooms are clean, modern, and well-kept. Space is compact but well designed, typical of business hotels in Seoul. However, the biggest issue was the pillows. They were too soft and flat, which made sleeping uncomfortable and definitely affected our rest. For a hotel at this level, better bedding would make a huge difference. Service & Facilities: Staff were professional and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hotel has the essentials like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fitness room. It feels more like a smart business hotel than a luxury property, but it covers the basics well. Overall: If you want a hotel in Gangnam near COEX with easy access to transport, restaurants, and shops, Hotel Peyto Samseong is a solid choice. Just be prepared that the pillows and bedding quality are not the most comfortable. For short stays or business trips, it works well, but for travelers who value sleep quality above all, this may not be the best option.
