The hotel has a strategic location, close to the toll gate. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and it's recommended.

Basically I like the room, but the design of toilet was too closed with wall, even my thigh touch the tissue roll (if I'm not mistaken at 9th floor) Next day I move to 8th floor

Low quality service from front desk while checking in. Was given 1 room card & I requested for 1 more card but was told to pay Rp100 ribu as deposit for the card. Only budget hotel requested for deposit for extra card but this is a so called 4 star hotel. Also I booked a Grand Deluxe room not a standard room & a monthly regular customer. For the past 2 years staying there have no issue but seems like the service going backward. Customer service is not up to 4 star rating.

overall its oke but the swimming pool in swiss bell maintenance n we all can take swim in tuscany hotel beside swissbell hotel..thnx 4 experience

Prons: Strategic location, nearby pasar modern BSD, spacious room (grand deluxe), receptionist and room service was fast and very supportive . Starbucks and Indomaret available. Cons: Late checkout only until 12:45. Swimming pool quiet smelly due to chlorine, gym space is really small with outdated treadmill

beautiful hotel with excellent facilities yet in a location that is not good for walks. The highway can be a bit noisy too -- otherwise all was great. the breakfast buffet was nicely done with just enough of the right foods. well worth it to include in your stay. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious enough for a single traveler.

Secara keseluruhan sangat mengesankan namun untuk pelayanan di resepsionis kurang cekaran mungkin krena baru pegawainya. Untuk breakfast awesome walupun aederhan tp lengkap dan pelayanam restonya sangat ramah dan memuaskan.
