Econo Lodge Sevierville-Pigeon Forge on the River

Clean and friendly. Easy free parking right in front of room. Rooms seem to be renovated recently. River view had ducks that you to watch right out back door.

1) There was good on the carpet ! 2) There was something in between the wall an the dresser not sure if it was a condom or what ! 3) I know it is not easy cleaning after the general public , how ever it is a job !! 4) with what I seen I won’t be staying there again !!

My fiance and I wanted to get away between Christmas and New Year's. I found this while checking some sites with which I have reward points. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room, the access to the balcony, and the view of the river. However, I am giving only four stars for my review for a couple of reasons, both of which are minor. Still, when traveling and your hotel advertises a particular amenity, you look for it. My room was missing the coffee maker, which I brought to the front desk's attention. I think it was from the last person who stayed in the room because it still had coffee supplies. My second concern is that for December in the mountains, the beds (which slept great, by the way!) had no blankets, and when the temperatures go down into the 20s at night, a blanket would feel really good. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Sevierville. It is close enough to Pigeon Forge and its attractions without the price; it is close to I-40 and shopping, including grocery stores, if you need one. Please give them a chance.

This economy hotel has obviously been refreshed. They continue to make improvements to the property. We thought they were a good value! We are not one to 'stay in our room' during vacation, so we were happy the clean room provided a comfortable bed and hot shower.

We slept well in a newly remodeled very large and comfortable room that also had a back door that opened up to a small patio on the little pigeon river. It was much more than we expected for the modest price of the ram so it was an awesome value

HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE ROOM. OUR ROOM WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. WE GOT IN LATE AND WE'RE VERY TIRED. WE HAD NO TABLE. THE ONLY WAY TO PLUG IN YOUR CELL WAS TO MOVE THE MATTRESS AND UNPLUG THE LIGHTS.. WHEN I TOLD THE OFFICE AND ASK FOR THE MANAGER, THEY SAID THEY HAVENT SEEN THEM. ALL THEY KNEW WAS THEIR LAST NAME WAS THE PATEL'S. THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT SAYING SOMETHING SOONER. MOVE ALL OUR STUFF, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND TRY TO SLEEP BEFORE MORNING, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Floors were not clean. We were double charged for the room. We booked for $62 and ended up with over $100 in charges. They refused to acknowledge the conversations we had with employees prior to check in.

We stayed as we were passing through. Had a king, non-smoking room. Room smelled like an ashtray, felt very dirty. Bed didn’t feel clean. Shower curtain was musty. Room curtain had burn marks in it. We booked through Priceline and had a rate of $90/night.
