Hôtels à Shah Alam avec petit déjeuner

J'ai réservé 2 chambres, mais quand je suis arrivé, je n'ai eu qu'une chambre, l'autre chambre n'était pas prête.L'hôtel a mis jusqu'à 30 à 40 minutes pour donner la clé de la deuxième chambre. Eau stagnante dans la salle de bain. Cette situation est dangereuse et peut provoquer des glissades. Veuillez y remédier. Le meilleur petit déjeuner.

L'app n'avait pas 2 lits uniques. Lorsque je suis entré, je dois être en haut pour obtenir le lit unique. La chambre était très petite par rapport aux photos que nous avons vues

Calm and serene place to stay. Large screen Tv with netflix (own account login) is a big plus for me. I had a good sleep as the mattress is not springy and noisy Took me short time to check in. 5 minutes into the room the front desk employee called us asking about the condition of the room. When turning on the tv, i had a welcoming message with my name spelled out on the screen. Little deeds like the above makes me feel appreciated and this is my first ever experience in my 30 years of hotel living life. Breakfast is superb. Tonnes of selections be it western or local delicacies. Waiter and waitress are very welcoming and attentive towards the guest needs. Ample open and free parking spaces opposite the main lobby. It would good if the hotel could build a covered walking path from the parking lot the lobby to help guest from getting wet during rainy day. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The exit lift and path towards the hotel have poor ventilation, as it's a closed area without air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, the room itself was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, making for a restful night. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was functional. The hotel breakfast was of a standard quality, nothing too special but still decent. One downside was the limited food options in the area, as the hotel is surrounded by an industrial zone. On the plus side, parking was free and easy to find, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which definitely made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it's a good option if you're just looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with easy access and parking.

My stay at the hotel was just nice. While it had free parking and was conveniently located near my meeting place, there were several issues. The water pressure was slow, and the glass in the bathroom was see-through, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a smoking smell coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la cuisine et le centre-ville, confortable pour les voyageurs, restera ici une fois de plus.

It was a splendid hotel! We had a great time there. The hotel is nearby to the mall and lot of shops which is convenient for us. The view is super fascinating.❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely book this place again

Equipements : Très bien, situation idéale, en face du parc aquatique, la piscine de l'hôtel est très propre Hygiène : Propre et rangé Environnement : Très bon, on peut admirer le lever du soleil, commodités environnantes pratiques Service : Il y a place à l'amélioration. Je suis une femme avec un bébé et une valise de 26 pouces, mais personne ne m'a demandé si j'avais besoin d'aide. Lors de l'enregistrement à la réception, une serveuse m'a complètement ignoré parce que je faisais la queue. Elle a donné la priorité aux locaux (du moins, rien n'indiquait qu'il s'agissait d'un VIP ou autre).

Customer was excellent.. The room was average.. The swimming pool need to be service and repair.. The towel at the pool was not properly clean.. Can see stains on the towel.. Excellent Customer Service.. Thank you for the late late check out.. Hotel was not bad..
