Sangat tak selesa, menyesal betul.. baik korg g kat courtyard hotel sebelah dia, harga lebih kurang tp selesa sgt n baru.. yg ni apartment bkn hotel, takdefront table, i come to ask for key, there is nobody.. then i col the owner, she ask to pay rm200 deposit and take key in locker, in the same locker have 2 key, i take both.. then she col me tomorrow so angry tell that i take the other house key, i tngh event kene balik utk htr kunci.. sbb dia col xbenti.. lps tu xnak pulangkn deposit, xreply wasap n xangkat col 3hari.. report dekat trip.com baru dia refund rm150.. lg rm50 dia xpulangkn sbb slh amik key org tu, pulak da, dia yg g letak key dlm 1 locker tu kenapa, kita pulak kene bertanggungjwb byr rm50, service sgt teruk, by wasap jek, xkn dtg lg
