What a fantastic experience at the Hilton Shanghai! After a difficult day and a long flight, I encountered an issue with another booking upon arrival. The Hilton team, led by the exceptionally kind and efficient Michael Wan, truly saved the day. Michael's swift and thorough resolution of my booking problem transformed my check-in experience. I was so grateful for their dedication to ensuring my stay was perfect. Cette fois, j'ai voyagé à Shanghai avec ma famille. L'expérience d'hébergement a été vraiment géniale. La décoration, les installations environnementales et l'hygiène de l'hôtel n'ont rien à mentionner. Il y avait un serveur pour nous aider avec les bagages dès que nous descendions du bus. L'accueil de la réception et le service attentionné du serveur étaient également très bons ! Lorsque vous entrez dans l'hôtel, il y a une assiette de fruits gratuite, des boissons gratuites et du vin rouge, ce qui est très attentionné et méticuleux. Le petit-déjeuner est également très copieux, comprenant des plats chinois et occidentaux. Dans l'ensemble, je pense que cet hôtel est très rentable. L'hôtel et le service sont bien meilleurs que les hôtels précédents.

Didn't get to explore all the facilities as we arrived late and left early. One thing I hadn't realised is that the terminals at this airport are really far apart and luck was not on our side and we had a surprising 25 minute taxi ride in the morning to get to the right terminal. The staff alerted us to this potential issue the night before, so there was not last minute rush! Really clean, great staff and well presented interior. Beds very comfortable and whilst no great view, the sound proofing was excellent.

Un grand plaisir pour le service du personnel de l'hôtel! Chloe, directeur adjoint de la salle de front, est efficace et gentil au moment de la résidence. Nous avons organisé trois chambres au total, nous avons organisé des chambres voisines et nous avons présenté les installations de l'hôtel en détail, particulièrement intime. Le petit déjeuner est absolument un point brillant! Jesse, chef de cuisine, est super attendu, est également très attentif aux commentaires des invités, les amis sont tous bons. Karis, le serveur du restaurant, mérite également de l'élogement. Chaque fois que vous allez au restaurant, le service est plein de sourire et soigneusement attentif. Il avait prévu de passer 2 nuits, mais à cause de l'excellente expérience de Chloe, Jesse et Karis, nos trois chambres ont continué une nuit sans hésitation! Recommandez vraiment cet hôtel.

I stayed here for just one night during a flight transit and honestly wish I had more time to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer. The property is brand new and spotless, with a sleek, modern design that feels both cozy and luxurious. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with—everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. I asked for a late check-out and they were happy to accommodate. I even received a small free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! The elevator worked flawlessly, very impressive, other hotels in China I had to wait for the elevators, and the hotel has fantastic amenities: a well-equipped gym, relaxing spa, beautiful pool, and even a rooftop garden with amazing views. It really felt like a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

La salle de bain était exceptionnelle et l'une des meilleures caractéristiques de l'appartement. La vue était excellente serene et tranquille. Le service de tir à la photo était une grande addition et certainement la mérite. Mais, vu le prix, la chambre aurait pu être beaucoup plus propre. J'ai sauvé un pauvre épidémie qui est tombé dans le tube et la libéré sous le plongeon; le couche épaisse de poussière pourrait empêcher sa survie. En outre, pas tous les invités étrangers sont russes. L'identification de quelqu'un comme tel pourrait être offensif pour beaucoup. Cet hôtel fait partie d'une chaîne internationale située dans la ville mondiale de Shanghai, attirant des visiteurs de partout dans le monde.

Excellent service, they are quick to respond and very helpful. We changed to a villa coz we have a dog with us. The room that we stayed though had a really strong smell that triggered sinuses, they gave us a machine but it did not help at all. We have to open the sliding door the whole time to minimize the smell and to have air circulation. Few cobwebs and some bugs in the room, a thorough cleaning will solve this issue. The location is perfect if you want to get away from the city center and have a great relaxing time with the family. Awesome facilities! We enjoyed the outdoor pool so much and the green field for your fur baby to walk around. Very thoughtful service if you have a fur baby with you, they provide a bed, blanket and some toys, and accessible poop bags everywhere 🐶. A great place to stay and have a relaxing time with the family.
