Really love how the staff were so attentive and helpful during our stay. The hotel has good facilities especially the gym room. Counter staffs were great and facilitated our check in and check out process so smoothly. Kudos to them and the cleaning ladies who made our holiday a pleasant one.

Excellent amenities and service — they even provided an air purifier in our room. Everything was spotless, and the food was delicious!

Flew to Shanghai just for the weekend. I like the area as it is close to Hongqiao Airport, the rooms were clean and overall place was clean. The only thing that I had a struggle with is that only a fee staff spoke English, but then overall staff were very friendly and helpful.
