首先服務是可以的，我們要走的時候店家/管家還送到停車場～位置也不錯距離朱家角步行可達，很方便，晚上去看看夜景蠻好的（晚上朱家角人少）
房間整體也可以，馬桶雖然是個不知名品牌的智能馬桶但是還算乾淨，房間整體上是全屋智能，可以喚小度開關電視和窗簾。看得出店家是希望提供好的服務的，親子佈置也可以，作為民宿算不錯了。
我定的親子上下loft，房間蠻大的，在2樓，兩樓露台早上陽光好可以喝喝茶休息，洗澡間做了乾濕分離上衞生間和洗澡互不影響，但比較小，洗浴用品一般，當天剛好泡温泉來的，所以洗澡間我沒用；
整體都可以，唯一有待加強的是枕頭希望親子房放個小朋友低一點的枕頭不然小孩真的不舒服。

1. Tout va bien, surtout le service de majordome. On peut poser des questions à tout moment, ce qui est plus pratique que le téléphone. J'ai mangé la pêche parmi les fruits livrés, mon mari m'a demandé où j'étais, alors j'en ai demandé une autre à Alisa. un, et il m'a été livré immédiatement. Trois d'entre eux, tous ont été mangés par mon mari (il ne m'en restait plus personne).
2. Surtout le fromage au thé au lait, le Maoxuewang (portion complète et super épicé ouais) et la soupe de courbine jaune du restaurant chinois sont excellents
3. Le spectacle de lumière est très surprenant. Le prix de la maison n'est vraiment pas cher quand on le regarde. Nous avons éteint les lumières de la pièce lorsque nous l'avons regardé et j'ai tué un moustique avec ma main.
4. Le Paradis des Schtroumpfs et le Pays Secret à côté sont plutôt bien. Mon enfant ne s'est pas assez amusé et a été entraîné. Je reviendrai la prochaine fois !
5. Seules trois photos pour la photographie de voyage étaient trop peu nombreuses, j'ai donc fini par en choisir plus d'une douzaine. Je n’ai pas osé jouer avec le jet en l’air cette fois-ci.
6. Le restaurant Yuhuo n'a pas autorisé une visite cet après-midi-là, affirmant qu'elle avait déjà été organisée, et que l'appel téléphonique n'était pas du tout joignable le matin et qu'il était impossible de prendre rendez-vous. Quelques adultes doivent acheter quelques plats, impossibles à terminer. C'est du gaspillage et cher, et la nourriture est servie très lentement. On m'a demandé à plusieurs reprises que la nourriture en elle-même soit correcte, mais je n'aime pas. ce genre d'achat et de vente forcés, je vais lui donner une critique négative.

We quite frequently stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, Shishan park and botanical garden in walking (or cycling) distance. Delicious breakfast buffet. One wish is left open, namely that the construction in the park finds an end, so one can enjoy an undisturbed walk around the garden, without being stopped by green fences, blocking the way because of construction area (that never seemed to change much over the last two years anyway....)

C'est la première fois que je séjournais dans cet hôtel, je l'ai choisi car il était très proche du parc des expositions et l'hôtel a l'air bien, et je n'ai pas été déçu !
La procédure d'enregistrement à la réception a été très rapide, car un ami nous a temporairement surclassés dans une chambre plus grande gratuitement.La chambre au dixième étage est vraiment grande et spacieuse, et la vue de nuit est vraiment magnifique.
Ces derniers jours, j'ai reçu beaucoup d'aide de la sœur Song à la réception. Elle nous a appris à utiliser la laverie en libre-service, et a également aidé à récupérer plusieurs livraisons express (une boîte est même lourde, ce qui sert à participer à l'exposition BD) et à emporter. Bref, c'est vivant Très confortable et agréable~!
Ce voyage à Shanghai s'est très bien passé, grâce au choix de l'hôtel, j'ai envie de revenir la prochaine fois ʕ ᵔᴥᵔ ʔ

Our honeymoon trip in China got off to a rocky start in Nanjing, but everything turned around the moment we arrived in Shanghai and checked into this hotel.
From the smooth and fast check-in process handled by Nana, who was polite and welcoming, to the exceptional service provided throughout our stay, the experience was truly picture-perfect.
Echo, Gloria, and Sally were incredibly helpful, assisting us with questions about Taobao deliveries, local attractions, and requests for extra amenities like toiletries, towels, and water. On our second night,
Annie and Manager Jocelyn warmly greeted us, congratulated us on our wedding and honeymoon, and made us feel genuinely valued with their thoughtful gestures. It was a pleasant surprise that the entire team seemed aware of our special occasion and consistently wished us happiness throughout our stay.
When it was time to check out, Jocelyn and Fenty assisted us with our luggage, transportation inquiries to the railway station for the next leg of our trip, and even went the extra mile to help ship our remaining Taobao parcels to our final destination.
Our only minor concern is the distance to the nearest station, which is about a 16-minute walk; a shuttle service would make this hotel a perfect 10/10. Nevertheless, with the outstanding hospitality we received, this hotel is a solid 9.9/10, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. Thank you to everyone!

ZZhangyaxiuJ'ai réservé une chambre familiale pour quatre nuits. La chambre était grande et propre, mais l'insonorisation était légèrement médiocre. Des bouchons d'oreilles gratuits étaient fournis. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique et proposait une navette pour le jardin Yu. Vous trouverez également les stations de métro Laoximen et Yuyuan à proximité de l'hôtel, accessibles en 10 minutes à pied environ. Prendre un taxi pour se rendre à diverses attractions populaires n'est pas trop cher. En face de l'hôtel se trouvent Xiaoyang Shengjian et Haidilao. Le petit déjeuner propose des choix variés et est délicieux

IInvitéJ'ai réservé cet hôtel à l'avance pendant les vacances du 1er mai et j'ai été très agréablement surpris. L'hôtel est plein de design et de style shanghaien. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et lumineuses, avec de très grandes baies vitrées, une grande. baignoire et articles de toilette haut de gamme. Après une journée passée à l'extérieur, je suis rentré à l'hôtel Service très relaxant et attentionné !

IInvitéJ'ai toujours fait confiance à Novotel. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes et le service est rapide. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner était très copieux. C'est très pratique pour aller à Disneyland. L'hôtel se charge de venir chercher et déposer les enfants. Si les enfants sont fatigués de jouer la nuit, ils peuvent se rendre directement à la navette de l'hôtel. , ce qui est sûr et pratique. Un merci spécial à sœur Zhang, la guide de la navette qui a récupéré et déposé Disneyland, pour nous avoir aidés à planifier l'itinéraire, ce qui a rendu l'ensemble du voyage rapide, économisant du travail, du temps et de l'argent. La réception, le service, les installations et le petit-déjeuner sont tous d'un niveau correct, ni exceptionnels ni décevants. Après tout, les besoins de chacun pour séjourner dans un hôtel d'aéroport sont très uniques. Mais cette fois, je dois féliciter le service de nettoyage des chambres d'hôtel ! Il s’agit du service de ménage le plus responsable, de la plus haute qualité et le plus louable que j’ai jamais rencontré pendant plusieurs nuits. Même au niveau de la propreté des chambres pendant le séjour, cet hôtel est l'hôtel n°1 parmi tous les hôtels dans lesquels j'ai séjourné ! Les normes de nettoyage et de rangement d'une maison neuve sont réellement assurées aux clients pendant leur séjour consécutif. Merci au personnel qui a nettoyé la chambre 1212 le 19 avril ! IInvitéC'est très proche du Bund. Vous pouvez voir l'Oriental Pearl Tower quand vous sortez. Il y a le bus n°64 sur le côté gauche de l'intersection. C'est très pratique pour aller au jardin Yuyuan et au temple Chenghuang. C'est plus pratique que de prendre un taxi. La rue piétonne de Nanjing se trouve sur le côté droit de l'intersection. Elle est très pratique pour amener les personnes âgées et les enfants. Si vous rencontrez des problèmes, le magasin les résoudra dans les plus brefs délais. L'enregistrement est très fluide, vous pouvez stocker vos bagages et il y a des restaurants à proximité, ce qui est très pratique.

Personne n'a prêté attention à nous pendant ce temps. Nous avons attendu longtemps à la réception et personne ne s'en est occupé. En fin de compte, nous avons payé le prix initial que je voulais. dire quelque chose de spécial.

ZZiyouzizai789Quand je suis arrivé au magasin à 21 heures, j'ai reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de la réception et j'ai aidé à améliorer la suite. Elle dispose de grandes baies vitrées et d'une belle vue nocturne. La chambre est spacieuse et les installations sont complètes et propres. et bien rangé. Les transports environnants sont pratiques, le temple Jing'an est à seulement 500 mètres et il y a de nombreux plats délicieux aux alentours. Recommandé à des amis et je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois.

UUtilisateur anonymeCe fut une très belle expérience de séjour au Bund Elegant Hotel à Shanghai ! Dès l'entrée dans le hall de l'hôtel, vous êtes attiré par son style élégant et lumineux. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était moderne et de conception simple, avec une disposition spatiale raisonnable, qui correspondait parfaitement à mon esthétique ~ ce qui m'a mis très à l'aise. L'hôtel dispose également d'un espace détente spécial avec des canapés confortables et un éclairage tamisé, qui constitue un endroit idéal pour se détendre pendant votre voyage. De plus, l'effet d'isolation phonique de l'hôtel est plutôt bon, vous pouvez donc profiter d'une nuit tranquille même dans le quartier animé du Bund. Le service de GROpengpeng est également très bon. Non seulement il demande de l'aide tous les jours, mais quand il voit que je prends souvent la livraison express, il prendra l'initiative de m'aider à la rassembler et à la livrer en chambre 👍 Il la prend également. l'initiative de m'aider avec mes bagages ~ pengpeng ajoute un embellissement chaleureux à mon voyage. Fortement recommandé à tous ceux qui viennent à Shanghai !

KKuntaBien que j'aie beaucoup d'attente, je n'ai pas encore fini la rénovation, donc je ne peux pas utiliser les installations de soutien autres que l'hôtel, le bar ruputap et la chambre.
En outre, il n'y a pas de chaise dans la salle pour se reposer, donc vous devez rester à la réception pendant environ 10 à 20 minutes en attendant un taxi de prendre en voyage.
La qualité du petit déjeuner est très bonne. (Ouest, Japon et Chinois.)
Mais la moitié du personnel qui mène des aliments ne porte pas de gants d'hygiène, c'est pas un cinq étoiles.
La chambre est confortable et confortable.
La vue de la pérille orientale et du Bund de Lupu Tabba est la meilleure.
Mais à la différence de cinq étoiles, il n'y a pas de minibar dans le réfrigérateur, et les kippies et le thé sont un sac de café à bas niveau.
