Everything was great. I hope that hotel staff speak English. That would be great for foreigners like me. The ac did not work in the room. It only worked as a fan.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a national holiday but otherwise all good.

這家五星級酒店住着是真舒服。大堂看着就敞亮大氣，進來就覺得挺自在的。房間特別乾淨，床軟乎乎的，晚上睡得特香。浴室空間大，熱水來得快，洗個澡渾身都舒坦。服務也挺好，不管是前台還是客房服務員，説話都客客氣氣的，有啥需求很快就幫着解決了。早餐種類特別多，想吃啥基本都能找着，味道也不錯。位置也很好，酒店旁邊就有個吾悦廣場，走路就可以過去了，非常方便，退房前台小羅還詢問入住體驗給送了小禮品，服務很熱情啊，下次有機會還來。推薦

酒店外觀很獨特，體驗感很不錯。首先是1.房間採光通風很好，要了高樓層看風景還不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，床單被罩潔白無暇。2.配套設施健身房，游泳池齊全同時衞生環境乾淨整潔。3.早餐特別推薦，不但豐盛，商丘的特色小吃都有，味道正宗。4.酒店對員工的培訓很到位，見到的每個員工都很熱情的向你微笑問侯。也很有耐心，想去商丘周邊旅遊景點諮詢了前台的工作人員，馬上叫來了一位姓劉的經理幫我們介紹，劉經理不但介紹了景點的具體位置，開放時間，連一些商丘老字號小吃都介紹的清清楚楚，讓我們旅行更有體驗感。5.酒店周邊商業區很多，很繁華，酒店對面就是吾悦廣場，商場特別大逛了2個小時沒逛完，下次一定要補回來。要不是行程來不及真想多住幾天。下次一定空出幾天來商丘好好玩一玩，住宿首選信華建國酒店。

酒店周圍環境不錯過個馬路就是吾悦廣場，酒店大堂氛圍好，三樓還有泳池和健身房器材比較全。辦理入住時前台還貼心的詢問需不需要安靜的房間，房間的床品舒適乾淨，房間內的設備也比較齊全，入住體驗感很好。早上去吃早餐工作人員親切的問好和指引讓人覺得心情很開朗，早餐豐富口味也很棒符合五星級的標準，禮賓員還貼心的介紹周邊好玩的。從進門到退房的服務都非常讓我滿意，特別是小王服務態度不錯，幫助我解決了很多難題。推薦大家來商丘的話可以來這家酒店！

回家路過商丘，想着這麼多年還沒來過，就停了一晚，結果體驗感還不錯，酒店超預期。設施：還挺好的，媲美一線城市，很多人説老舊，我覺得雖然老但是確實是五星級酒店的陳設，新的並不一定用料和審美在線不是嗎？因為我路過住一晚，所以定的價位最低的，不知別的房間如何。針對舒適感的話我有幾點建議：1：馬桶旁邊放手機的那個邊緣不光滑，胳膊劃了一道很痛；2：帶孩子的，最好提供一個踩腳凳方便小孩兒洗漱 3：燈光過暗，有一個明亮的燈或者枱燈能寫作業甚好 4：床和枕頭都過軟了，如果四個枕頭中能有蕎麥枕、乳膠枕可供選擇，再好不過了。睡眠障礙者飄過。服務：算是非一線城市做的比較好的了，表揚前台，辦入住和辦退房的女孩子都很專業，服務態度也很好，男生普通話也很標準，這一點很贊，畢竟他們是顧客對這個酒店甚至是這座城市的第一印象。。。另外，水果好像兩三次説放了都沒放，（沒有批評的意思），最終進房間發現水果終於在了，同時多了一個空氣凈化器，確實心理安慰到了，給這個小插曲點個贊👍🏻 綜上，建議入住。

孫蘭英和劉艷華的服務很好。贈送了精美的水果，還提供了浴室泡一次性的東西，非常的好。有一種温馨如家的感覺，整個酒店十分的乾淨。前台也很好，早餐也很好，基本無可挑剔，是商丘最棒的酒店，地理位置也非常的棒
